The Moment Makers Robotics

Hi! We are The Moment Makers, an all-girl FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) team and a former FIRST LEGO League Challenge (FLL) team. In the spirit of coopertition, we want to give back to the community. We will be posting videos on how to learn and succeed in doing the individual parts of the FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge programs, as well as videos highlighting awesome robots as learning opportunities.
The Moment Makers FLL: 2019-2020 City Shaper Robot Run
FIRST LEGO League (FLL) team 23356 The Moment Makers scored 415 points total in this round (and we were consistent across all three robot rounds). This video was taken at our Houston Regional Championship Tournament in 2020. We won the first place champions award and first place robot performance at this Houston Regional Championship and advanced to the 2020 World Festival before it was canceled due to COVID-19.
Our winning team consisted of only three girls! We worked hard while we learned so much about engineering and teamwork. We have continued on to successfully compete in FTC, advancing to the World Championship multiple times. #FIRSTlikeagirl
