This home is nice for the price. I just flew back from Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara, Mexico. I was looking for a vacation home in both cities. but the real estate market out there is getting expensive. I love Las Cruces, New Mexico. I have a couple of aunts who live in El Paso, and they are always telling me to buy a home in El Paso, or Las Cruces. Boy! Las Cruces is growing. I have not been there since I was a kid when my father used to drive us from California to Texas to visit both of my grandmothers, which one of them lived in El Paso and the other in Marfa Texas. I have always loved Las Cruces with the view of the Organ Mountains. We would stop there for Lunch or Dinner on the way to Texas. Greatest Memories!! Thanks!!!

Buying a house in Las Cruces is a buyer beware decision. The education system is the worst in the united states, this border state allows criminals to be set free which has put crime in our city on the rise, medical care here is third world kind ( in other words there are no specialists). Taxes are on the rise as is immigration crimes.
