It's actually the first time I let a comment. But I just wanted to leave something so that people would know. I made it out alive. I made it, sometimes it still strikes me that I shouldn't be here, that I don't belong to this earth, that maybe in another life I could live happily. But I am strong. I am stronger than people think. And it's been a while now, since I won this war against depression. But people around me don't reallly want to aknowledge what I've been through. I know I sound like an attention seeker, and that's probably what I am. But no one ever said they were proud of me for overcoming this alone. Alone in a sense, because I was surrounded by many people at the time. Too bad they were blind. No one did anything. Twenty one Pilots saved my life. The few real friends I had back then saved my life without even knowing. We drifted appart, but I still am so grateful. Now I'm happier, I'm stronger. Life is still tough sometimes, but isn't it how life is supposed to be? I would be bored if I wasn't challenged, even if I could use some rest... I'll get some after I pass this semester, I am confident. To the me that died back in 2022, I love you, even if you felt like no one did, even if your head was filled with death, and darkness. You overcame this. We did it, we stayed alive, more than that, we fell in love with living. We found friends we feel completely safe around, and for the first time ever, we can be ourselves. I love myself, and that's actually all I need to keep going, to live on, to love my friends, and my family. If you read this far, which I kinda doubt, this is a message of hope. I promise life is worth living, I promise you all. I know that right now it might be covered in darkness and suffocating smoke, but hold on please. You are strong. It is worth it.
