With the right set of tyres there's nothing that a Niva can't cross, climb or conquer!

We left the Garda area, two days before that happened. Our friends were still there, but staying in a mobile home. They said, that everything turned into complete caos, and people were litteraly running for their lives. Scary stuff. With our vacation to the same area this year, we'd taken percautions and wrapped the car in everything possible, just in case.

Hi Len another uk Niva owner you can fit 6.00-16 on steel Niva rims they are also designed for tubes . They are slightly bigger in diameter so the only drawback is you can't fit one under the bonnet on your spare if you've got it in the original location. 6.00-16 is the SWB series land rover size so they are far more common in the uk.

Hi guy's 👋, not related to this post, I am in UK and my Niva will need replacement tyres sometime next year, I can only get van road tyres over here to fit the rather unusual size NIVA wheels, have you needed to replace yours yet? and if so can you get all terrain or off road tyres to fit your NIVA ( I see you have same wheels as my 2021 Niva) tyres in Germany? Also did you get the storm damage fixed on your car? Great content Best wishes Len.

Very nice and instructive the video of your visit to the Kaunertaler glacier. It allows to appreciate the whole uphill journey to reach the altitude of 2.750 meters! The road price of 28 euros looks to me inappropriate and expensive. It's really impressive how the glacier has shrunk over the last 200 years. Nowadays it's really very small. The visit inside the glacier in the tunnel looks like a science fiction film set. I see that the ice was melting... Lots of dripping water... and I notice the waterproof white canvas that protects the ice from the sun. It snowed a lot in the western Italian Alps during the month of April. So I hope that the Kaunertaler glacier has been loaded with some new snow! Ciao!

Roundtrip through mountains in Tirol. Very beautiful landscapes and villages! It's beautiful to see nature in its splendor of forests, green lawns, clean waters and animals free to graze. I smiled at 3:30 when I saw the three young cows that did not give way... So they could admire the Lada Niva for longer. 😄
