People are selling produce on a street covered with trash and sewage, and that is somehow allowed. The government may be awful, but people need to also take personal responsibility for how they dispose of their garbage and treat the environment. You cannot tell me all those people can't come together and organize a means of properly disposing of trash. They do not have to wait for government to come and fix everything especially if when they can observe how unreliable and absent the government can be.
