How about showing the control panel..temp and running time??no one shows that.

Just got my TS 7.2 delivered today. It was a PAIN to take the front panel off where they conveniently placed the manual. When I tried to put it back on with the screws the bottom bowed outwards creating a gap. Took the screws out again the the panel off and it looks like I created another set of holes now. How am I supposed to line it up? Why didn't Master Spas put some kind of lip or edge or something to rest the panel on?

At the 0:38 mark you show the outer filter and Eco Pur combo on the left. A few seconds later it's on the right. The manual doesn't discuss the installation locations at all. Which way is it? Thank you!

In replacing my old tub with a new master spa, my old wiring was 2 black, 1 green, 1 white. Does it matter which black goes to the red terminal?

If the heat will not go down when it is at 99degrees, do you have a setting that I can look at to try to fix that? I have a 15D and the temp is stuck at 99, the rest of the buttons on both panels works but not the down button for the temperature on either of my panels.

These chillers can be installed on systems without a circulation pump as well. Pump 1 low speed would act as the Circ pump in these cases. Hope this helps someone.

This is not to code. Please do not wire your hot tub like this video. This video does not show many things needed to have the wire in a safe raceway to the hot tub panel. The raceway or a connector must be used to go into the panel. That will not allow a ground wire to be attached from the outside. Also the wire strands are not good and could cause an arc or may be in contact with other strands or prevent the wire from going into the terminal the whole distance and the screw may not be secure on the conductor. I can't believe this video made any positive reviews. This is Electricity and could result in serious injury if completed the way the video instructed.

I bought one of these swim spas and have to say it is impossible to reach the center and bend the panels into place. Maybe an ape could do it but not your average human being. It's a stupid design and I advise anyone to not buy these products. I'm no weakling and carried and mixed 50lbs bags of concrete this week, but this stupid design is beyond my ability!

Thanks for sharing your Master Spa tips. We plan to be gone for 2 months. Is it better to shut down and drain spa or have someone do minimal maintenance on it in our absence. Just concerned about startup after two month shut down. Thanks

Dude you have been watching my videos :-) I was just looking at a new one and it was the same general construction. Dude fill it run it and I will Ill come down and we can do a performance video on it! The velocity system is good, I had one with the regular propulsion system here for years and frankly when I heard about the new Injector plate system I assumed it would not be anything special but it is, the flow is so good now that I don't even turn on the air which makes the water so much nicer to swim in. I run the bottom jets full and the upper jets about half pressure for my work out, and I'm reasonably fit I work out 5 times a week. The depth to is a great point, being up to my collarbone in water is huge for resistance workouts against the flow, it's pretty hard to best the H2X right now, you need to spend nearly $10 million to upgrade your factory to do the 60" deep models and you still wont get the flow rates from swim jets. Good job dude! I might give you a guest slot on Hot tub University! Professor Don!
