Day 193: Biceps
Today, similar to yesterday I wanted something intense but short. So i decided to do a bicep workout and I'm glad I did. It was a good workout and I got a good pump from it. It was intense, it was consistent, and I was dilled in the whole workout. To me, that's the most ideal a workout can get. I hope you enjoy.

Today's chest day was absolutely amazing. I usually stick to my usual push and pull days, but since I did a shoulder and arm workout yesterday, I thought why not do a chest day and I'm glad I did. Hey bro you popped up on my feed. I am 15 years old and quite weak and im also kind of skinny fat. I was wondeirng if you could make a plan video for that. I have an adjustable dumbell at home and would like to build muscle and lose fat

@@jjjhighlights1561 okay, you’re gonna want to go into a calorie deficit so you eat less calories than you burn, search up calorie calculator on google and put all of your info like your weight and height and it’ll give you your maintenance calories. Subtract 300-500 calories from that, maybe more or less, depends on how fast you wanna lose weight. Eat that many calories and weight train. Search up workout routines on TH-cam for muscle building and start working out consistently, at least 3 times a week maybe more if you wanna get muscular and have a good, toned, and slim physique. It’ll take time, but stay consistent and disciplined and you’ll see results in no time👍🏾

Very good control & slow negative. Play around with angles & weight paths, hex dumbbells are great for pressing together to hit inner chest. Flip over & use them as pushup handles to really force the blood in.

Don't simply flex in the mirror, put your mind into the muscle you are contracting & get comfortable with HOLDING the contraction for 10-15 seconds. Done properly, you WILL be breathing heavy after. It will greatly enhance your density as you mature. 💪🏽👍🏽

you dont need to go that deep on any exercise especially chest press, mechanical tension is the main/most important driver of hypertrophy, going all the way down on your chest press just creates unnecessary difficulty for close to no extra benefit and fatigues your muscle for the next set
