Flirty and fairy-like, this dress features a deep V-neck with a small standing collar. The ruffles at the shoulder look like tiny wings and the full circle maxi skirt gives drama when dancing or twirling in the dress. The simple cuffs on the long bishop sleeves are also accented with ruffles. Pockets are not included but feel free to add some!
