Mental health, the ultimate "throw everything at it and see what sticks" medical condition dominating our lives and society. However, most treatments and strategies do little to address the true problem.
Hi, my name is Jeremy Jones. I've lived with bi-polar and PTSD for most of my life. And as is a common response to mental health, I dealt with it incorrectly, and in many ways, made the situation worse for far too long.
Come with me on this journey as I retell and relive nearly three decades of trauma, heartbreak, drug addiction, and finally relief as God brought me to the end of myself and showed me a better way.

This is it. The end. The last one. I wrap it up by telling of my supportive, supremely talented, and beautiful wife. I also talk about the incredible blessings God brought due in large part because I'm married to this incredible woman. Praise the Lord! He is indeed worthy of all our praise. Thank you to all who came with me on this journey. It was long and at times tedious, but I appreciate you all so very much!
