    You should urgently introduce shock absorbers to the CX 60, which definitely improve comfort, not handling. Everyone I talk to who uses this model talks about the need to improve comfort. I will buy such a set myself, but not the one you currently propose.

    My husband had this spension fitted to our PHEV 2.5 CX-60 because it was very uncomfortable and it made the bumps worse. Very harsh now. I hope they get better after more miles as have only done 2000 miles with them but we will have to take them off soon because the ride is too firm and uncomfortable.

    I have it on my abarth 595 and I hate it, there’s a knock/pop from the rear that nobody seems to know where it come from. My mechanic can’t find the issue, it passed the TÜV recently, there’s many forums about this issue online, my best guess is the cylinder that it’s moving in and out and makes that pop noise, very noticeable curving on rough roads or when people are seating at the back. Two years chasing the problem and still there.

    @johnbcardin 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

    It’s a shame you designed the rear shock to not be adjustable while on the car. Your engineers should have figured this out as potential buyers will rule out purchasing a set simply based on this fact.

      hi! the KONI Special ACTIVE - with patented FSD technology - offers improvements in both handling and comfort. the FSD valve is a mechanical valve which automatically adjusts damping of the shock absorber, depending on the road conditions. this means the valving can adjust depending on smooth surfaces, or undulating or rough surfaces. you can find out more about the FSD technology at our website: www.koni.com/home

      @@Saph3211 hi, sorry the response we provided did not give you a clear answer. as your question is quite subjective, it is hard for us to say out and out that it will eliminate the bounce in the rear. we believe it does, and we believe the damping improves the vehicle from OE. but, there are so many factors to consider when you mention bouncing, such as the weight in the car, the road conditions, the tyre pressures, etc. also for more technical support, please contact our dedicated team via the contact form on our website: www.koni.com/about-koni/contact. they will have further insights and information for you.

    These don't give any better comfort over the originals , I have them fitted - in fact on the Inline6 Diesel it actually makes things worse (these shocks have not been tested on the lighter Inline6 only the PHEV). The small bump compliance is shocking, it's more firm that the OEM stuff and will end up hurting your back more because its worse more often. They do fix the dangerous double bounce of the OEM shocks that affected some cars, but other than that it's not a good suspension for this car. I regret the purchase and costs involved.

    Please improve the comfort on normal or slightly bumpy roads. I've had these shocks on my CX-60 PHEV for a month now, and I like how they improve the car stability when passing over large speed bumps, but overall comfort has not improved noticeably, the ride is still quite harsh.

      Because front suspension arm has many critical design issues. Mazda released a TSB for this problem (for CX-60 and CX-90), but their method was insufficient. Mazda car tuning shop RECHARGE Japan has taken permanent measures and reported it to the Mazda Motor Corporation Japan consumer support team (MMC J CS Team). but MMC J CS Team doesn´t respond If you want to resolve the problem, you should check TH-cam Channel "RECHARGE" and inquiry them.

      hi! we think the improvement is greatly improved at all speeds of damping. The Special ACTIVE dampers are fitted with the FSD (Frequency Selective Damping) valve technology, which allows the damping forces to adjust to the many different road conditions, with the valve opening and closing in at different oil pressure levels (caused by different road conditions). A little bit. I've had them on my CX-60 PHEV for a month now and the stability improvement when passing over speed bumps and the like is quite dramatic, however, the comfort improvement on normal, less-than-perfect roads is only marginal - I wish they improved this area more.
