Always make sure my clients / best friends crush their programs For those watching: The goal of speed workouts is not to red line, it is to 1 day a week push your speed… Dont forget a 1-2 mi warm up & cool down… The amount of rounds is based off of the time block set aside for the workout(Craig had a 1 hr block on this run) Last thing for speed workouts Being consistently good > Occasionally Great Awesome workout Craig! -Coach
