Curl Help From Your Very Own Curldresser:
*******************************
If you're struggling with new curls, existing curls, damaged curls or just confused curls, you just might need your very own one-on-one session with this curldresser.
To start, I will send you a questionaire to fill out ahead of time about your curl type (how curly), density (amount of hair on your head), thickness (of each hair strand), if you color and any damage. I'll ask about your curl issues, products used, your questions, needs, end results, etc. and you'll help me by supplying well lit photos of your curls in all different states of dress and undress. LOL!
Meaning, with product and without! Yes, I'm silly...
You can book one 30 minute block of time or more, depending on your needs. We can start with your hair wet, add product together, work on placement of curls and clips, for volume, and then diffuse together. It's like having me in your bathroom with you! Lol!

Thank you so much for this video! It was so helpful for making the right decision. I bought the Belissima and loved it. It‘s just a little loud.
Loud but Awesome! I'm thrilled to hear that my video helped you make a great decision with the Belissima. Enjoy your curls!➿💜
I’m liking the look from the Bellissima ❤
Right? The Bellissima is a total vibe! Can’t get enough of how it makes my hair look!💜➿
The bellissimo def !!!!!! Loveeeeeee and want ! Thanks for sharing , love the bloopers
Bellissima indeed! If I could, I’d send you the diffuser through the screen! Just imagine it flying towards you like a curly miracle!❤️➿
The Bellissimo definitely made the curls look smoother and less frizzy. I’m Team Bellissimo! By the way, I love your blouse! ❤❤❤
Team Bellissima!! Sounds like we need to start a fan club! And hey, if my curls can look half as good as my blouse, we're in business! 😉❤️➿
Definitely the Bellissimo🤗 That was a great video and you did really great with only your 2 arms...lol You make it all look so easy and fun. Congrats on your number of subscribers ....that's fantastic and I'm so happy and proud of you my friend💖 Keep up the good work🤗
Haha, yes! Just me and my two arms taking on the world of curl diffusing! Thanks for cheering me on, my friend!💖🎇
I liked the Bellissimo dryer better. It seems easier
Looks like the Bellissima dryer is making some fans! Easier is the keyword, right?❤️➿
Great info❤
Thank you, my friend!💜💐

My hair is super fine and super silky after a wash, with NO conditioner and no product. It feels like rabbit hair. It seems like any thing with moisturizing product, weighs down the curl. If I add protein and it feels crunchy, it curls better. But I still have to hold the curl in place with a defuser or else it won't last. And I feel like having to dry each piece one at a time is too time consuming, and probably not so great for the hair.
What is your curl pattern? It sounds like you may do better with volumizing products to give your hair more texture. All curls are so different, right? Drying each curl alone is way too time-consuming! What diffuser do you use? Using the Bellissima would help set those curls.➿💖
@@coilsandcurls'm one month into embracing my natural curls, which range from 2A to 2B. I suspect the 2A sections have been overexposed to a hot brush and might not actually be that loose. On a good wash day, some parts even lean toward 2C. My curls form an S shape, and when they clump together, they resemble ringlets. The challenge is maintaining those curls from wet to dry without excessive elongation. My hairdresser suggested using a strong-hold mousse with hairspray until it sets, but I’m not a fan of the crunchiness. Instead, I’ve been cupping the curls in my hand until a slight cast forms, but I haven’t been able to achieve a strong enough one. Finding a product that’s both strong and lightweight has been tricky. I’m hoping that regular protein treatments will help strengthen my curls naturally. In the meantime, I’ve been using a diffuser from my friend’s blow dryer until I return to my own home. (I used to throw away those attachments, not realizing how essential they were!) I'm not clear what a fancy diffuser does exactly. I would love to be educated.
My friend purchased this kit and ask me to do it for her…. I’m very hesitant ( or was) Thank you for this! You’ve given me confidence! Stand by… I’m going in!!!
I love this!! I hope it went well? You made me laugh out loud! Thank you! 💖
@@coilsandcurls It worked! Practice helps! I had a difficult time trying to do hers but, when I did mine the first eye was OK.. but, the second one worked great! lol. I’m sure next time will be even better now that I have the hang of it.
Your wet hair looks like mine does only yours is a little more consistent. I only learned that I am a wavvy about a month ago and there is a lot of damage from hot tools treating my hair straight. And it's mind boggling the info out there; especially since almost none of it applies to my hair. My hair definitely loses most of its curl and volume once it dries. Conditioning seems to be the death of any curl.
I have a video on getting curls back after straightening for decades. Watch that. My mom has waves that she never knew about until I started my channel. She conditions them now and she was shocked at the difference. I can get them into curls because they’re hydrated. Thank you for watching and I hope the video helps you. th-cam.com/video/AA-3sgRmRj4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=sN8X1IgHFEEZ5Tq9 ➿💞➿
I just found your channel and I’m addicted! You’re so funny! And you’re so pretty… you look like Virginia Madsen😍
Thank you so much! I love Virginia Madsen too! 😊 I’m so glad you found my channel! I hope you’ll subscribe and share me. Thank you my new curly!! ➿💕➿
The back of my hair is straightish while the top of my head is 3b curls. I wash my hair in hot water and the back gets exposed more and the top of my hair i finger rake my curls in the water so it doesnt get exposed as long. Basically, the back of my hair is straight in the back is because of me washing my hair with hot water?
It’s hard to know if that is contributing to the lack of curl in the back without knowing your hair. Did you have curls back there at one point and then they disappeared? If the answer is yes, the hot water on the hair in the back could be damaging and dehydrating the curls because they can’t retain moisture with the cuticle open. Do you use a leave in conditioner when you come out? Do you put enough leave in conditioner in the back of your head to help hydrate those curls? I would say to deep condition your curls with moisture first, to help hydrate and then a week later do a protein mask. Clip your hair up while showering with the conditioner in it so you don’t stress the hair with hot water. Rinse with the coolest water you can take to help close the cuticle more. I hope this helps! 💕➿
@@coilsandcurls thank you! My hair used to have the same curl pattern all around until this past year and it has been frustrating! I don't normally put anything in my hair other than oil, sometimes I put in curl cream but I have noticed that I do tend to focus on the curler parts more because I didn't feel the need to focus on the straighter parts. However I did trim my sides and back to remove some of the heat damage from the water and washed my hair with lukewarm water before deep conditioning and I can say that I have noticed a difference, not much but some and that's a start especially with knowing it can take a long time to get those curls back. But I will definitely try out your tips!!!💕
It will take some time. Keep up the hydrating and don’t neglect the back. I hope you’ll subscribe and I have a video on the moisture and protein needs of curls. I hope you find it helpful. Good luck and thanks for commenting. ➿💕
I love your hair. Great products.
Thank you! I love my hair too. They really do work! 💕
Thank you, I just got my order. I'm very excited to try it now!!!
Awesome, Lori! I’m excited for you, too. Feel free to play my video while you do yours. It’s always nice to have a gf there to keep you laughing. Let me know how they turn out! 💕
I bought my kit a month a month ago, and I've been a little intimidated by the process. I'm so glad i watched this. You're hilarious!! I found myself saying, "Oh gosh, I'd say or do the same thing." You made it fun, and your positive laid-back comedic vibe was just what I needed. Your lashes look great for your first try, so I can only imagine they'll continue to look better each time. Thank you for sharing. I can't wait for my attempt.
Thank you so much, Monica! This made my morning! Play my video while you do yours. It’ll be like I’m there helping you to not get frustrated. I want to hear how it went. 💕
It’s rubbish. I guess if you have long lashes and thick ones. Mine are fine and short. My lashes just wouldn’t stick. To much work. Gave up in the end
It is definitely more challenging with the shorter lashes. It was a struggle for me too as you saw. Thank you for watching!💕
I love your sweater. I also like these products on your hair.
Thank you so much! I love this sweater too! 😊💕 They do work! That’s for sure
That’s amazing. I see it.
I’m very excited to see this!➿💕

Hi can you do a video on fine hair where you get defined curls the first day with defined curls but hair is very soft and does not need moisture. Then the next day refresh for flat hair lost definition but hair still very silky and what products to get tighter curls definition hold and styling products . Thank you and I love your videos

Interesting information. Thanks. 🎉
You're very welcome! 💕➿
WoW! The difference is amazing! I bought a less expensive brand cuz I wasn't sure I could do it, actually. Ur vid gives me hope I can actually do this myself. TY 4 ur vid 2 help me!! Urs look great! 💜
I’m so glad my video was helpful! 🤩Bring it up again while you do yours. You won’t feel so alone. I hope yours look amazing when you do them! Thank you so much!💕
I purchased two kits, and the glue didn't work. Thank God I had one at home from a non brand.
Did you contact them for new glue? I wonder if they would replace it for you? How did your lashes turn out? 💕 I want to know.
@coilsandcurls unfortunately my lashes didn't turn out that great. One looks one 🤣
I did better on my second attempt. It’s a learning curve?🤣 I would ask for new glue. It couldn’t hurt. I hope you try it again. 💞🤞
I had a razor cut, my hair is exactly the opposite of what you are saying. It’s less frizzy, and growing out better than any curly cut I’ve ever gotten, and I’m using less products so my scalp is less itchy. Go figure!?
It is interesting that you’ve had such a different experience than most! Even the State Board has added it in the training of all new hairdressers. Never razor curls. You’re very lucky! I hope all your cuts go as well! Thank you for watching and commenting. ➿💕➿
The hairline images are looking good 😊
Thank you so much! 😊❤️
I just started using Nioxin Pro Clinical Hair Fall Defense, serum and shampoo. The serum doesn't make second day hair look greasy like Minoxidil. I got a two inch chop and ceased using "curly" products for a six month experiment. Two months ago I started experiencing some major shedding and breakage. There are numerous factors that may be culprits; dietary changes since July 2024, Holiday Season stress, change of season (cold Winter in Upstate NY). I was feeling like my hair was falling straight out of the root follicle. Time will tell. Glad to hear you are experiencing success.
I was wondering where you disappeared to? Welcome back! Some medications can be culprits too. Sad but true! I hope you find success with Nixon. I did use it a few decades ago. It’s sort of how I met my husband! Lol! It helped me! I stopped using it when I got pregnant at 35. Why risk chemicals, from my products, was my thought process. Keep me updated with your progress! Welcome back. 💕➿➿
I didn’t know this. Very interesting. Thank you for this information.
It really makes a difference! ➿❤️
My husband’s beautiful curls were absolutely destroyed by a hairdresser who claimed to know about curly hair and even had curly hair herself! She used a razor and it killed his curl pattern for years! Thankfully he found someone with more knowledge and his curls are full of life again. Thank you for spreading the word!!!!❤
I'm so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, that seems to be a common story among us curlies. I'm happy he finally got his curls back! Thank you for commenting!💕➿
Great info! Does the same thing apply to using texturizing shears?
Texture shears are meant to take out small chunks with each cut. The problem is they aren’t strategic in what they take out and it can make some curls look very thin through the mid length and at the ends. Cutting the curls by hand gives better results. Just this curldressers advice after 4 decades in the industry. 💕➿
@@coilsandcurls Thanks so much! I went to a new stylist and about fell out of my chair when I saw her using those texture shears. I didn't think it was right, but didn't say anything. ❤
@Lu.G. 😱She used them on you?!?! Oyyy vey!! Hopefully you didn’t have too many pieces sticking out in all different directions. ❤️➿
@ She did, in a few spots! I was like: what the ____?! 😲 If I didn't live in Tennessee, I'd come see you! ❤
@Lu.G. Would you feel comfortable telling her to not use them? Thank you for that compliment.❤️ I wish I lived closer to all of my curlies who can’t find a good curldresser.
Amazing! I can definitely see the growth....I'm so excited for you 💖
I am too!😄🥂 Thank you Sherry! 💕🎉
Yes. I definitely see new growth too.
It is amazing to see what can happen with time and good products! ❤️➿
Love your cute tutorial, so fun! I’ve done this once with these products. It took awhile but I LOVED it and about to do it again. The first time lasted me 4-5weeks ish? My lashes looked so long and thicker that when I went to an appointment with an eye surgeon, she thought I had mascara on 😍 I have some grays in my eyebrows so I used the leftover lash tint and touch up my grays there and that was great as well! In the past I’ve had to buy a men’s hair color kit just to do that little amount on my brows and waste the rest of the product (and money). Will be buying this product now for a long time! Side note: Just like hair color, I did experience the tiniest bit of lash drying from the dye. Nothing too bad but since I also use acids and harsher skincare ingredients around my lashes, will try to apply a little bit of oil to them now and then to give them a little moisture.
Thank you so much! It does work, just sometimes it is slow going. Great idea to use the dye on your brows. The black is too dark to use on my brows but I love that! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Happy Curling! 💕☀️
I’ve tried it and, while I loved how it worked for refreshing my hair, I really couldn’t live with the lingering scent. I actually don’t dislike the smell; it’s just so strong and doesn’t dissipate quickly. I wish they would have dialed down the fragrance a few notches or more. Thanks for your videos!
That stinks that the smell lingered too long for you. This is definitely why some lines make a fragrance free version. Maybe CurlSmith will do that? Thank you for watching! 💕➿
Wowww er

Thank you for doing this! I have had it for weeks too afraid to start!!! Love you and your attitude!!!! Cheers!
I’m so glad it helped! I hope you love your lashes! 💕 Thank you for watching!
They don’t have the express remover anymore and the rapid remover apparently you need to put almost half a tube on your nails before anything happens…. everything looks fine except for the removal also if the removal process causes damage to your nails there is no point in going for toxic free system. anyone got any thoughts on how to do this? Also have heard you can use acetone with coconut oil but what ratio and how does that work? The acetone will damage your nails, which is the whole point of using a toxic freeze system. It’s very confusing I can’t seem to find a video on that please help …thanks in advance 🙏
It is so frustrating when companies change their products! I haven’t used the new removal product yet. I did get the removal machine, you add acetone to steam off the powder, last year when it was on sale. That works well. Make sure you file off enough of the top coat to get to the powder and base coat before you use remover. I may need to do an update?
You're adorable! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you found the video helpful!
I asked the company if the tint came with the lift. Never got an answer from the company but apparently according to this video it doesn't.
Hi there! No it is an add on to the LashLift
I’m just starting to find ways to use headbands 😄
I saw in your last video. I just bought a scarf for my hair to act as the headband.
@ Your headband ideas looked really good too
Anything to control the crazy curls during a grow out! Lol
I love your hair with or without a headband or scarf
Thank you💕
Great fun video my friend.....Seasons Greetings and will see you next year💖
You’re so sweet! Happy Holidays to you too! 💕
DO NOT SHAKE THE BOTTLES!
I’m so used to rolling polish bottles in my hands, I just shake out of habit. Being square, they don’t roll. Lol! Thank you!
