OKTAE EATS! Episode 8: Modena
Welcome to the eighth episode of Oktae Eats!
🇮🇹 Modena, Italy 🇮🇹
I had to make this one snappy as we ate SO MUCH. We flew in to Bologna and travelled to Modena for our show.
The Bologna region is of course where bolognese is from, so you know the ragu was gettin chowed. All of the pasta was fresh and homemade. It was basically heaven.
Modena is also the home of balsamic vinegar - I had never tasted vinegar like this before - it was BANGIN. Like salty treacle. Thick & flavoursome & tangy & sweet.
I had the pleasure of going along to sing with @Venjent for Obscene Events 🤘☺️ the show was wicked, they had a techno dj in the smoking area, crystal sellers on the side of the main room & I got to use the flame thrower onstage 🔥😝
10/10 would go again
