Hebbronville Machine Shop
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 18 มี.ค. 2022
Hebbronville Machine Shop built in 1934 as an oilfield machine shop and was such until 1964 when Andrew Rossi purchased the 8,000 square foot shop and turned it into a welding shop. Hebbronville Machine Shop is now in the third generation of Rossi ownership 58 years later. The Rossi family has always specialized in Agricultural based welding , we grew our name cause of our no bullshit attitude , working harder than anyone else and doing the welding jobs that no one else wanted or knew how to do.

This is the newest design of Rootplow to come out of Hebbronville Machine Shop. It is the G series #1 and has changed the way a Ripper Bar Rootplow works. For the first time ever a Ripper Bar Rootplow can go head to head with the Trunnion pull Holt Plows. Until now the Ripper Bar plows or “Candy Cane “ plow could never compete in the Rootplowing business. If you are serious about making money a...
“How to” D6 Ripper Bar Repair.

This is an instructional video on how to repair this piece of equipment , step by step. There is a lot of talking and explanation behind it all. If I seem repetitive in spots it’s just because I want to drive home certain points. This is how I repair this kind of stuff , it does not mean it’s the only way.
Tips for beginner welders.

This video I show you how I go about saddling pipe, making my own pipe saddling templates and gouging metal away without ruining the base plate.
How to create sharp professional corners when fabricating.

I want one so bad but seeing as the door won’t open it might be a deal breaker, I had my machine blow a hose the other day an my machine wouldn’t move an if I had this on I’d be stuck inside. Wish there was a way to let tilt back more that might fix it
Should weld some disc's on the backside of the rakes for tearing up ground. Would a nice addition to it. Or make it so they could be bolted on and off.
Found it, thanks man, I'm subbed
How many inches between the teeth/tines?
Very nice work Good to see someone make sure they make a good product. Thank you.
Great work I love the interlock on the top plate
Buy Cat and actual add ons from Cat that have been proven to last!
What idiot adjusted the tension on the tracks,,, if those tracks were any tighter they would break
It's a JD got to be tight or they fall off!
What’s the price for one of these rakes?
Wow! This is worth its weight in gold.
What are them rakes made out of
Buen video. Una curiosidad, que tractor le lleva estirando?
Can you make one for a Komatsu 138?
Do you have website would like to get one for my skid steer ?
Where are they made, distributed?
Great job and you even left that heavy blade off those j d s are known for track problems less weight t.he better. A little over kill but build what they want
One other thing, it’s probably a crazy suggestion but, from what I understand about the war in Ukraine, land mines are now and will continue to be an issue after the war is over. Do you think you all could come up with an attachment or something to “safely” demine roads and fields for the farmers and the military?
I got to see your attachments in action!
Awesome work! Can we get some video of the rake in action, thanks for the advice as well, I appreciate you.
Thank u
I love how u use low hydrogen eletrodes i truly think while it tends to be slower im sure u use dual shield alot to but i notice it looks like u put a root down with eletrodes
Your a awesome fabricator
Awesome work !
Be great if customer could show this in action.
Would be neat to see one of these in action😎👍
There are videos of the big one on my channel 1050K rootplow
Always look forward to your advice and videos. Looks like a great product made in a great state.
Thank you , we do our best
Fantastic work!! Were you using short circuit mig or dual shield? Thx.
Dual shield wire
California…… it’s a large blade it mite be illegal lolololol
Great job. I appreciate you showing what the part goes on at the beginning. Hope you do more youtube.
Ideal for going behind the dozer for final clean up.
Exactly what they were designed for ,thanks
Totally admire your attitude to bad behaviour, set the rules and stick to ‘em. Thank you for all your skill and experience and willingness to share them. 🇦🇺🙏👏
You ever use dual shield or feel solid is sufficient?
It sufficient if you really know what you’re doing but yes we use both
It's not a 9" circumference it's a 27"circumfrence ,and a 9"diameter.
Grease that thing....man!
If thats ar plate big no no cutting that stuff using oxyfuel its softens the hell outta stuff
It’s not AR
Wonder how it would do in softwood and hardwood harvested ground that had 8-24 inch trees?
Idk, it cuts the roots of big mesquite trees of that size but I don’t know what those root systems are like vs the Mesquite
I don't know of a skid toy that can handle that beast lol nice job ,, that's a land raking rake for Clean up behind a loader or dozer or excavator,, works excellent speaking being in business land clearing for 40 plus years,, but what's the life expected on a skid steer the rake will out last the skids
Built in America !!!! Great work guys.

Quality work backed by experience. Doesn't get better than that.
This looks like it's going to work really well! Maybe a video of it in action?
Appreciate your content and thank you for sharing.😎👍
I’m wondering how much does it weigh?
I figure about 1,800 lbs
I used to work around hebbonville in the late 80s in the oilfeild
Cool!
now they need an operator that knows how to use it
Lol yes indeed , these guys just ran it the best they could so I could get videos.
Nice rake! Only draw back is that the cab door on some machines wouldn’t open while it’s coupled
So far the door will only open on a John Deere but the others just raise it above the cab then they can get out.
