Here’s a list of movies about Chinese-style horror, especially focusing on ghosts and jiangshi (Chinese hopping vampires), with their Chinese names: A Chinese Ghost Story 《倩女幽魂》 (Qiàn Nǚ Yōu Hún) Mr. Vampire 《僵尸先生》 (Jiāng Shī Xiān Shēng) Encounters of the Spooky Kind 《鬼打鬼》 (Guǐ Dǎ Guǐ) Mr. Vampire II 《僵尸家族》 (Jiāng Shī Jiā Zú) Mr. Vampire III 《灵幻先生》 (Líng Huàn Xiān Shēng) Vampire vs Vampire 《僵尸至尊》 (Jiāng Shī Zhì Zūn) Rigor Mortis 《僵尸》 (Jiāng Shī) The Dead and the Deadly 《人吓人》 (Rén Xià Rén) The Haunted Cop Shop 《猛鬼差馆》 (Měng Guǐ Chāi Guǎn) Spiritual Love 《撞邪先生》 (Zhuàng Xié Xiān Shēng) These films are iconic in the Hong Kong horror genre, featuring a mix of supernatural themes, ghost stories, and the famous jiangshi (hopping vampires). They range from serious horror to horror-comedy, which was very popular in Hong Kong cinema during the 1980s and 1990s.

Can I use this if someone charges me too much as a tourist? Also what would be the cantonese pronounciation
The expression 你有病吧 can be used when someone does something unreasonable to you, so you can use it when you are overcharged as a tourist, but 你有病吧 sounds rude, especially for strangers(for friends, it's ok to use it), in the situations like this(you are overcharged as a tourist), you can say "为什么这么贵why is it so expensive” About the Cantonese, sorry, i am just a Mandarin teacher, i don't know too much about Cantonese
@@ispeakmandarin Sorry I can not read chinese can you romanize the letters you sent me
@@lars5174 I can write pinyin(Chinese phonetic alphabet) for you. 为什么这么贵(wèi shén me zhè me guì), if you are given an unreasonable price, you can use it.
Thanks for your explanation someone commented this on my video. I didn’t do anything wrong 🥲🥲🥲 just playing the claw machine..
@@SkyHaneul0801 The expression 你有病吧 can also be used to joke, maybe that person was joking

Right, not just China but also Japan, Korea, Vietnam, etc. East Asians have very similar cultures, but there are still some differences.

请教下, 8:2 不是应该读成八除以2等于四或者二除八等于四吗?
Divide 8 by 2 is 4 in Chinese is “八除(以)二等于四”, you can add 以 or not, both are correct. 二除八 is incorrect for this, because 二除八 means 2/8,it is 0.25, so it's incorrect.

Thank you so much for this. I have never seen this important info anywhere, and I've looked!
Very clear audio. You have a voice that is very easy to understand.
Great info! I'd love to see a video on which measure words to use for animals.
I love that you included ways to joke with friends! This is helpful extra info you never hear on TH-cam.
I like that this idiom is not only useful, but also teaches kids not to pour oil on a fire.
Just curious, why did they get 老? Or just convention.
The character 老 is not about age here, it's just language habit. You watched so many of my videos, thank you for your support.
Interesting info. Thanks for sharing! Are there any other ways that some people dislike being addressed as?
Addressing young strangers as 帅哥 or 美女 is the way some Chinese accept, but some don't, some even consider it outdated, it depends. Addressing young as 小哥哥 or 小姐姐 is the most acceptable way. About the ways that some people dislike, i think it's the word 小姐, it is originally used to address young women, but the meaning changes with time, some Chinese consider it rude, because the word 小姐 make people think of prostitute in some provinces of China
