Why I Never Drive My Ford GT
The Ford GT is arguably one of the most beautiful and important cars ever made and its limited run from 2005 to 2006 makes this American supercar even more desirable. Which makes the fact that I rarely drive this incredible car even more of an unforgivable sin. Yes, its true that I have quite a few cars I rotate in and out of my garage but nevertheless the Ford GT still spends an inordinate amount of time sitting at Alara Garage...unused...unloved. And for the life of me I'm not entirely sure why. Maybe its knowing that wrecking the car is basically throwing away the equivalent of a small house. Maybe its the headache of parking the car and finding adequate space to get out of the crazy circus doors that are just waiting for a skull to make contact with them. Maybe its the endless blind spots or maybe its knowing that one wrong move is gonna spin you out and there's nothing to save you. Regardless of the reasons, I really need to drive this care more because its a visceral and emotional experience that cannot be truly articulated through words and only when you sit in one of these masterpieces and start rowing through the gears will you ever understand the magic of the Ford GT.

Chicago-style Hot Dogs and Beef Sandwiches: Does Portillos Live Up To The Hype?
มุมมอง 8121 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
I've been to the windy city twice but for the life of me can't remember if we ever tried out Portillos. When I saw that the FIRST Portillos in Texas was opening literally down the street from me, I couldn't resist. Portillos specializes in Chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches and their famous chocolate cake shakes. The lines for this place were and are still out the door at the time ...
Garage Update And "Tour" Part 1: The Addiction Is Real
มุมมอง 66วันที่ผ่านมา
By popular demand, I've finally found some time to shoot a garage tour and let you guys know what is currently in the stable. I had to break this down into 2 parts because some of my cars are being stored at Alara Garage but I thought this would be a great start for everyone to have a glimpse of my car collection/addiction. Hope you guys like it!
Rome Italy Travel Vlog: Delicious Roman Cuisine In The Eternal City

The Eternal City of Rome is unrivaled in its wealth and abundance of ancient Roman history, fascinating culture and delicious cuisine. Although I am not a huge fan of Italian cuisine, I love learning about and seeing ancient monuments, artifacts and anything related ...
Floss For Less: Is A Maserati The Best Bargain Italian Exotic?

I own (and actually love) my 2018 Maserati Gran Turismo MC. I also own a Ferrari, Lamborghini and Alfa Romeo. So I think I've earned the right to poo poo on one or all of them. And frankly speaking, I think the main reason why most people would buy a Maserati is to floss for less. In other words, someone looking to take that next step up on the ladder of success but not quite ready to reach the...

My 1996 Toyota Supra Turbo spends alot of days in the garage at Alara. I just have too many other cars in the current rotation and sadly, the Supra doesn't always fit in that rotation. Dooki is Houston's first AYCE tteokbokki restaurant and it was an sensory overload experience. You start by seasoning your hot broth with various sauces and seasonings to pour over your noodles, veggies and rice cakes. Think of it as Korean hotpot. Yokushi Robata is known for its yakitori and grilled meats, seafood and veggies but you'd be a fool to overlook its other offerings including ramen, sashimi, curries and rice bowls. My 2011 BMW 1M ownership has been a mostly issue-free tenure. For me it's nothing to do with impressing anyone, the people I care about don't even know I own it. It's purely about the value proposition and driving experience and brand heritage. The cars are depreciated as if they're all money pits, yet granturismos have been stone reliable for going on ten years now. There's no other car like it for the money, period

On the side note, we drove Huracan and we preferred Maserati Granturismo's emotional and its analog. Don't get BMW or AMG as they are not well designed nor reliable as F136 engine. It's also a good DIY engine.

2018+ MCs are perfection. Sounds great with F136 V8 same structure as the 458. ZF tranny is slower but more reliable than the Getrag. Maserati has rich history and heritage as Ferrari. MCs are rare too, equivalent as 458 Speciale.

I believe I would have a better time rowing gears although having a thousand horsepower like the c8 will is probably its own fun challenge.
