My uncle bob and aunt doris we're the original owner's! It started as a small beach house, and then was expanded later on, breathtaking ocean views! Walking down the many stairs there is a natural pool made by the ocean, quite unique! When i see this location at Laguna Beach, I am so proud to know it was my aunt and uncle's house, I know my mother Ruth was so proud of them! They were such good and lovely people! God bless them! My uncle bob sure did pick a good property! Sincerely, wendy sickinger

I’ve had some great memories at Three Arch Bay. One summer we were at a family friend’s house that was right on a beautiful cove and a mother whale and calf rested in that cove and it was incredible. Another time we were a boat off of THB and we were in the middle of a hyper pod of dolphins that numbered in the hundreds. We stayed behind it and then moved into the middle and finally moved out in front and looked back and it was a literal stampede of dolphins.

Halfway through 22' and for example, the property at 2430 Monaco dr. that sold for $8.3MM in 4th quarter 20, is valued at $12.8MM today, less than 2 years later. When your property is earning +$2MM/annually for sitting pretty, life is great.

Are there better shots of the tub in the master retreat? I am baffled by what appears to be a bar that obstructing the beautiful view. Other than that the house Ah-Mazing!!!!!

These houses are about to fall into the sea. Those cliffs have been eroding very quickly for the past 2 decades. You can see from the drone footage that the cliff has eroded back to expose the waste water pipe that would have been completely buried when the house was first built. Who would even pay $5 for this thing except to strip it and get the hell out as soon as possible?
