Turn right to go left
There's an awful roundabout in my town that's right at the end of a freeway off ramp. The initial design made it look like you could make a left turn, and twice I saw semi trucks that attempted it and got stuck. It was several years before they redesigned it, but I can tell you that busy off ramps are a terrible place for a roundabout.
