How to Separate a Dana 25, Dana 27 Brake Drum and Hub.
This is how we separated those stubborn swedged brake drums and hubs on a Dana 25 and Dana 27. This front axle is found on the Kaiser, Willys, and Jeep vehicles. Note: This will destroy the old drum.

why not use a swedge tool?
Skipped every single part we'd want to see.
Good explanation but I would have preferred to see how you push out those old races and install the new ones. Also thought you were supposed to do a pull test on the knuckle to see how many shims to install.
What do you mean by flange
The BEST part is when you mumble through the used a race installer. WHEN. YOU. SAY. KINGPIN. INSTALL. AND. THEN. DON'T. SHOW. IT. Thumbs fricken down.

Good video, but I would like to make one suggestion. People watch these kind of videos to see how to do things. Not to hear about how you already did it. We like to see the struggle and things that go wrong so we can know what to expect. I really do appreciate the time you took to make this video, it is going to help.
Is there a 4 inch lift for the 1969 with 1.75 inch springs?
I pulled a Flanged 44 from a 71 DJ Postal. Also it came with a 71 Chevy Nova 4cylr. Wich I plan to Turbo. For my 56 cj5.
Hey John, you don’t show the Jeepster on the ground. That would have been useful. I have a 1967 with the mono leaf in the back. It rides pretty smooth. How do these leafs compare?
What size tires do you run on this and where did you get the lift kit from?
