I don't think I will pass my NCLEX exam

Nice video and Thanks for the video ,it pain me that after studying so hard I end up failing my nclex 🤦💔,Honestly nclex Exam is really hard, I don't think I will ever pass this exam

Many nurses entered during this healthcare crisis in 2020. (To assist or to increase their salary). Given all the trauma of 2020, it was required.upon all of us facilitate nurses to engage in self care. When we do, nurses will maintain maximal emotional health and this action is in the best interest and patients and ourselves. When burn out occurs with healthcare workers the time has come to step back and address our emotional, physical and family well-being. This is the time to acknowledge and collaborate with coworkers, friends, family and therapist to guide through the process of daily job trauma. Take time to reach out and allow others to help in the process to you to heal yourself. Healing smoothing, grace and love are required. If you are a healthcare Please accept this with self care and work towards it.

This was such a beautiful tribute to all patients who touched our hearts. For the nurses, this profession requires a healing touch, a compassionate heart with knowledge. The knowledge of healing heart, a warm hand, and the with the help of God. Sometimes you may think God abandoned you but He didn't. God gave you a nurse who understands how to guide you from the darkness of pain, pallatiive care and sorrow into his loving arms.

Wow! I'm sending nurses to your channel. By the way, we have a physician in Orange County, CA in court now. Can you speak to R.N.'s in particular male R.N.'s how to protect themselves when conducting assessments on female patient. What this doctor did was terrible. In my career, I've never seen anything like it.

I'm a nurse in CA. We do have nurse patient ratios. In this particular case, a PICU nurse cannot be assigned more than two patients. In order for the R.N. to protect her license, never accept report on any patient for which you cannot provide safe care or where the quality of care is comprised.
