Thank you for this video Helena. This made me cry because I know my heart is closed because of trauma and I want love but I’m too scared to go there again. You’re talking about letting go and ever since I was a little girl I have had problems with letting go, I don’t know how to forgive and let go, even if I try to turn the other cheek and move on there’s always this part that holds on, so I don’t let go completely and now I’m 58 and it affects me, it leaves me lonely, which makes my heart even close more, so it’s a circle that I can’t seem to break. Do you have any tips for me on how to start? You say that I have to say to myself that I’m worthy of love, but I don’t really feel and believe that when I say this out loud, so I guess deep down I don’t believe myself. I have worked so hard on myself the past 11 years but I’m this case I feel stuck. I need my heart to heal. Please help me. Thank you Helena 🙏🏽

I used this for the 30 day challenge that we did last year. I tried to incorporate the cards keywords, not just the standard meanings. It was a really nice exercise to do. There is a companion book to this, a walk through the wild wood, if you wanted to spend time foing deeper work with this one 😊
