I’ve got a 97, a 98, a Pro Sport and a TX200US. I’ve shot them all thousands of times and the TX is head and shoulders above the other three. I’m constantly amazed how accurate this gun is…..

Your shooting a right handed rifle ? Air arms do make left handed rifles because I purchased one once because it was cheap.

Just got an np02 .25. Dubious about using the rws superfield 31g it was tested with. Not anymore!😮 Bit better with air, came with 175bar shot down to 155bar 17 mags,think the gauge is a bit off lol. Hits like a sledgehammer😈😈

Vector make some great scopes especially the Taurus range, i always enjoy shooting springers, they are loads of fun. Keep the great vids coming!!

Air Arms makes some sweet springers. The Pro Sport is my favorite. I been shooting my HW's and Walther's shot the Pro Sport and it just felt so nice.

Hia mate, It's nice to see you again. It's surprising what we miss when it comes down to it. The Theoben Rapids were the first I personally saw with pellet magazines, and the first thing I thought was how fanta they'd come and how fantastic they were. A super looking air rifle, mate, and always great to have a change and load every pellet

There was more entertainment in the brief pause when your waiting for the horses to pass ,then some TH-cam’s have in their whole videos so don’t be to concerned. Always a joy to see enthusiastic people though I was hoping you were going to review the scope or have I missed the video.

Nice one, a TX200 definitely deserves a goog scope, I've just bought & fit a 4x16 FFP Discovery scope to my new TX200hc, makes all the difference, safe shooting buddy👍

Yeah buddy, that rifle deserves good glass. I see so many fine quality rifles with cheap rubbish scopes....😒FFP, also no messing up with holdovers on different magnifications 👍 Good access to the loading port too. A negative factor of FFP is that the crosshair will cover the pellet holes on high magnification. I have no experience with that scope but it looks well made. A 34mm. tube is maybe a bit overkill on a air rifle but you'll have a load of elevation and windage clicks. I use mostly AirMax scopes on my air rifles. Cheers!

Great video 🔥 Almost bought a tx200 myself a couple of weeks ago, but it sadly was in a strictly right handed stock, so I bought a hw97 instead, which I’m getting to grips with now 👍

Interesting vid,not uncommon too have these issues. £1200 for that gun is very good,its now problem free? probably best £200 you would spend in fairness,chrony great for the future,aswell.. you know the jobs been done correctly by you.

Soak it in buttermilk in the fridge overnight to tenderize it and take out some of the gamey flavor. It should come out like dark poultry meat.

My 97kt puts 5 in a 7mm hole at 35 yards your gun will do it if you can practice train your breath don't hold too tight make sure you set up the record trigger right not too sharp a letoff but not too draggy either I use JB s very good consistency practice and concentrate on holding your breath you will get there and shooting well with a spring rifle is very satisfying more difficult but more rewarding plus your springer is self contained no pumps air bottles what have you good luck

I actually got rid of most of my PCP’s because there so boring imo. I’ve been shooting springers for 45 years + and yes it’s a completely different ball game. The lightest of holds as you’ve already said but one of the most important things is to allow the rifle to go through its natural recoil cycle so if shooting off a sand bag never just lean the rifle on the sand bag , put the back of your hand on top of the sandbag then grip the for end firmly but in no way heavy. The palm of your hand will allow the springer to recoil naturally. This will make a massive difference to your grouping and overall enjoyment of a spring piston rifle. I own quite a few weihrauch’s ( all springers ) and shot correctly they’ll eat up any premium pellet, i only shoot .22 but i can put 10mm groups at 30 metres with almost any pellet. The guns are always capable, it’s us fleshy bits behind the butt that’s usually the problem lol. Good luck good sir. I hope this helps.

I love the vixen and actually went to buy one just a few weeks ago … had a good look /hold and yes il have it … then as a passing thought let’s have a look at the BRK ghost and whilst heavier and a few hundred £ more … a nice hard case etc, one piece body , no cheap plastic guard , change barrels /calibre should I decide to in the future ( cheaper than buying a new gun /scope) and whilst liked how light the vixen is I walked out the shop with a ghost 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ive just purchased a 99s. Its a ridiculously good gun for the money.

Not much between them, i had 3 hws, great guns and fantastic trigger, Dident have the impact but have the Fx maveric also a great gun but some how always manages to send a flyer now and again. all down to what you like. Fx if you want to tinker and the hw if you just want to shoot out of the box.
