A wash & blow dry at JCpenney Salon took 3 hours. No one knew how to handle natural hair

Tried to give JCPenney salon in my local area a try for something simple & I was going to style my own hair when I get home but the side comments the hair texture shaming & the lack of knowledge was deplorable. Was there 3 hours for a simple wash, blow dry. I did great considering the circumstances with keeping my cool but never again I will just have to keep doing my own hair I guess Subscribe...

I visited JC Penny hair salon for the first time last week only because I found out that my hairdresser who does my hair at my house works there. I was so happy for that because if that wasn't the case I would NEVER go to JC Penny because they don't know how to do natural hair
Walmart salon we just have to go where our space is curated & celebrred😮
