i never watched it and i won't watch the bowie one either. I've been a mega fan of queen and bowie. And listened to thousands of hours of their albums. Achieved euphoric moments and grew as a person tremendously while their music was in my life and still is. I can't mentally bring myself to watch an abbreviated incomplete/inaccurate sensationalized docufilm of either. It will never meet my standards.

Beautiful voice but mark down for changing the song lyrics and pacing of the song. nevermore gets repeated twice at the end is an important detail to concluding telling the story

Lovely review. I read the book when I was about ten and it transformed me as a person I feel. I will never forget the crushing disappointment of seeing the film afterwards as well! I'm now 48 and have read the book many times - it never ceases to fascinate me. I tend to see the Nothing as a metaphor for depression and interpreting it from a psychotherapeutic standpoint is very intriguing. Of course, it is also just a massively compelling story for kids. Anyway, I enjoyed your video, look forward to seeing more.
