Thanks so much Matt. 💚 I went to play Pokemon on my DS the other day, as it’s something me and my former boyfriend used to do together, but there was “nothing there”. No emotional connection or nostalgia in actually playing the game. It’s definitely felt symbolic of the disintegration in our connection, which was also deeply psychic. There were elements to our relationship which were co-dependent, and I’ve recently let go of other people who I’ve had co-dependent attachments with. I felt limited in all these relationships, and sensed things in these dynamics that others couldn’t see at all. The mirrors that are showing up now are vastly different - these relationships need me to be in union with myself to thrive, and I’ve been experiencing a deep clearing to make space and create the balance within, for a partner. Yay! So much good stuff - at LAST! This week I felt like a new spiritual door swung open - I feel the draft of fresh air & how I am now thinking is like walking outside & sensing the sky's the limit! Its like my brain has found new tracks to run on, can't wait to get up steam & find where it takes me :) I can best describe it as morphing into my higher self - I finally feel its happening in a very real sense. My brain is rewired.

You have such a wonderful energy, Matt. It is so comforting and yet forward moving. I am glad I found you. It is amazing how many of us are learning to love ourselves and love others better. I definitely have been in that healing of the lower chakras phase. Certainly the uncertainty gets to me sometimes. But I love these remembers that the discomfort is doable and I am healing and nurturing more helpful energy in myself by letting the discomfort be felt and exist, and hold on to the positive. The whole situation has led me to work with a therapist, and we're beginning the process of kinda de-programming my anxious attachment. We do have a lot of cans right now. 😂 This does make me feel better about the future. Me and the little have dance parties with led party lights when I feel up to it. Mental is fine but my body is switching meds doing my best to get by for now. Right now, every time I try to start thinking of a plan...I get reminded about how my other plans have failed as far as human perspectives go.
