      😂 Absolutely! We both drive and trust me, as real estate professionals, our cars probably know the route to every condo better than we do! Weekends are like an Olympic sprint between locations, and with important clients to serve, every minute counts.

      @ thanks for the honesty. I think the 50% car park is a hard sell. Most who buy EC are young families with kids and some disposable income. Car-lite town dosent mean car-lite Singapore. I foresee this will be a huge issue on TOP and buyers need to be very clear if not will have to suffer for 5 years when there are insufficient carpark lots for everyone. I think the resale value will also be affected. If I am a car owner and getting a resale EC in the area, this will be the development I want to miss.

      @@gabrielchan4420 Agree with you on this, it’s definitely a tough sell to a family buyer who owns a car. It’s like playing musical chair & likely we guess it will be based on balloting. Otherwise, got to buy season parking from the nearest hdb multi storey carpark at Plantation Edge, which is fully sheltered to Novo Place. We will see from the overall results to know if general buyers still can accept Novo Place despite this imperfection. 😊

      Second what gabriel just shared. Some jobs just cannot do without car, some companies even hire based on car ownership. With that im sure the pool of buyers will shrink. Also since there is no smaller units, 3 and 4 bedroom as you said are already targeting families. Car ownership is more likely

      @@ianchiang84 Yes fully agree, only time will tell how strong the demand will be like when it starts selling this weekend, also its resale demand when it hits MOP around 2033. Parcel B by the same developer will also have the same issue as well, as some of our clients are asking.
