These were selected out at 3 weeks old for color, finnage and size. They are now 5 months old and have spent their entire life in green-water so this is the first I am seeing them. I will select at least 1 pair out of these for future breeding, probably a couple super-veils. They are quite impressive.

2 large females and the rest males of standard and long fin. The oldest long fin with the large curved dorsal is Tripod. He is approaching 9 years old but has no idea he is a senior.

This Orange Venezuelan breeding group of regular and short bodied fish even includes a few little ones that managed to hatch and survive the parents.

4 Females and 2 males are in this breeding group. They are about to receive a fattening with live food. I use this method with Brochis since I find the females will release pheromones signaling a breeding order so generally only one female will release eggs per day allowing 2 males to fertilize. The males then get 24 hrs to build up their reserves again. They truly are beasts in the cory style ...

I do think these Forest Green Danios are the nicest Danios that exist, whether glowing or under LED light. I am a bit biased as the creator and developer of the strain and color but I have not seen anything else that compares.

Discus doing their sideways pose to say "Hey! Over here! I'm starving!" This is what I see every time I walk in the fish room. I do have to keep my distance with the camera. They are not fond of it.

These are a nice shape. Just short enough to be a bit stumpy, but not out of proportion.

Some of these are huge. Finger in frame for size reference.

By Day 8 of free-swimming they have more than doubled in size and are taking on the Ram shape and developing their dorsal fin,

A little update to show Maritime Fins in Cole Harbour NS the Discus I got from them.

This shows baby Black Knight Rams and their migration patterns in search for food. This is day one of free swimming. Nice large batch.

Some large Banjo Catfish that came into Aquarica in Bedford.

I love Dumbo Bettas and have been looking to get large finnage on both males and females. So far there has been minimal breeding damage on this pair.

Baby Albino Red Back Manacapuru Angelfish at approx 3 weeks old. There are a few little black fish in the video. They are a few Black Knight Rams that I accidentally dropped in the wrong tub for grow-out. The good news is they are easy to tell apart.
