Will gmail remove my bad IP & domain reputation if I stop sending bulk emails for say a week or two? I'm thinking of getting a virtual dedicated server and see how it would go, I'm currently on a shared IP
It's not just about stopping the email blasting, it's also about establishing good history. So no I don't think that will be enough

great tutorial man, rn Im struggling to find a way to notify my backend that a property has changed in any Person in Customer IO, tried with segments and event triggered campaign, but no luck, my company is migrating from hubspot, so what they do there is that they change a "person stage" property in HS and this triggers a webhook on the backend with the updated property in the payload, not sure if this is possible in CIO. any help will be appreciated
If the attribute is acting like a picklist with a set of standardized values, you could create separate campaigns with each standardized value as the trigger from a segment, and allow contacts to flow through multiple times. But if the values aren't standardized, I'm not sure of a way to trigger solely on an attribute change. I'd check with their support team just in case, but it might have to go on the idea board. Let me know if they say I'm wrong!
@@boostmyemail it seems that it cant be done through a campaign workflow, we have a 100 possible values for this attribute, so we need to notify our backend that this attribute changes. The issue is the trigger, the way its done it has to compare it to something. So the way I see it we can create a campaign for every stage of this att (100 campaigns) its not convenient, but it could work. Today we had a call with the support team, and the possible solution that they provide is through the CDP with a webhook as destination (Journeys as source), but I cant see a way to detect an att changed.
@@fernandorobles-s5y Yeah that's unfortunate, 100 possible values is a ton. I spent a few minutes looking for a trigger myself but couldn't quickly identify a way. Assuming that in most cases it's not going from blank to known value?

It's only the ones moving forward, it's basically the shortcut for the moment in time when a lead is converted, not a sync.

What about font? Can you upload custom ones to match the branding?
You can't, and even if you could I would probably advise against it anyways. Email safe fonts are even more restrictive than web safe ones. So if you were to use them they'd get rendered back into something else in the email client. Many brands use images to get around this, but that comes with its own pros and cons.

I haven't created a workflow like this, but there's likely a couple of ways... You might run into issues because this is typically backwards from what is normally done. I have added custom buttons that create different objects. So if you add a "Create Lead" button on the account object, you can probably map fields over when you create that lead. The other way would be to use a flow. This is definitely possible, just a little more technical if you haven't used flows before.

Very helpful video. Quick Q - do you know how to write a filter that won't return a bunch of duplicates if they meet different criteria. Ex. I currently have 1 AND 2 (3 OR 4 OR 5) in hopes that if the opportunity has 1 and 2 and at least one of 3,4,5 it would show. But if the opportunity has 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 it will show the opportunity twice causing a lot of duplicates. Any help would be appreciated
Hmm check your record type? If you're using a normal opportunities report then it shouldn't show any duplicates. But if you're using an "Opportunities with ____", duplicates might show up

How do I change or remove myself as owner of the postmaster tools ?
That's a good question, I haven't done it myself but a quick search and it seems like others have run into that same problem. I'll admit it was frustrating trouble shooting Postmaster tools since they offer no support.
You are not an owner but rather a user. You add domains and verify eligibility to use Postmaster Tools for a specific domain. There may be multiple users with authorization for a specific domain. AFAIS there is no central user management in Postmaster Tools.
