is there full videos of the interviews ?
@@angrycha1r No sorry. I think I’ve only got a short part. I have no idea where the tapes would be now. Hopefully they survive in the Canberra archive.
It's the show I wish I had gone to and it's the best I've ever seen on TV, thanks for sharing
It was good. Thanks for message.
Did you shoot this commercial? Any idea on who the cast are?
No I didn't shoot that. I would have been a trainee then! I would like to know who cast and crew were so I can credit them.
who's here for Mother Mother? 😅
Nobody
I rremember this!
What is the size of the Plate on which you slide the EVF..? I mean the tiny plate in front of the Knob. I need 3d dimensions of that tiny piece.. Or in other words What is the dimension of the SlideRail.. Any answer is much appreciated.
barry manilow so great on gtv ix news of footage autography signing 1994 australia !!!
ABSOLUTE TRASH 😂
This was when United expanded its Royal Pacific Service with the acquisition of the Pan Am Pacific operations.
Thanks for this video, I worked at Marconi camera test section in Chelmsford, Essex and worked on the Mark IV as well Mark 7 & 8, The Mark 8 was a well kept secret, and truly revolutionary at that time. It is true that all these cameras needed to warm up for an extended time, and still needed a tweak now and again, But the Mark 8 did all the setting up quickly at the touch of a button.
Thanks for getting in touch. Interesting hearing from someone who worked at Marconi. You'll be happy knowing that me and my colleague have saved a couple of units from the dumpster! They sometimes appear in various TV shows as props.
They weren’t lying 😂 I’ve still got some working Verbatim’s from 40 or so years ago!
The 1980 Box Hill Adelphians Senior side was highly talented and easily beat the Box Hill Pioneers in the Grand Final. Players like Ian.Heath and Ian Perrett were great footballers and just about VFL standard. The latter could burst out of the middle with the ball and hit you on the chest with a bullet like drop kick.or stab pass
Ian Heath the local plumber?
@davidmirabella9109 I think so pal?The last time I recall seeing him was about 42 years ago! He was a great bloke, great ruckman / follower and together with the other Ian, seemed to hog the Best and Fairest honours? Perhaps aged in early 70's now?
Hi, please could you share a sample footage from that camera? This camera practically uses the latest and most advanced 3CCD, while newer ones like the PXW-Z750 use 3CMOS. I believe 3CCD produces better color than CMOS in general...
Yes, it certainly is a great camera. I like the 3 CCD image too. I generally don't shoot "test footage", thought there is a SLOMO video somewhere on YT channel. To see the footage from it, you"ll need to watch Free To Air TV in Australia haha.
@@davidmirabella9109 Thank you for your response, but you could upload some videos that you have already recorded? I am in Croatia, very far from Australia... :)
P.S. the concrete pile/retaining walls on either side are an absolute abomination!
When you travel under Union Road now, you get the feeling that the roadway above is nice and wide, but try 2 lousy lanes for size. I can hear you say, "but the crossing is gone" but the roadway is unbelievably narrow. When you look at most of these crossing removals there has always been a catch or short changing in some form. Also, Beresford Street (south) at Mont Albert Road has disappeared.
Sublime.
Having recently moved from a BNW viewfinder on a PMW 500 to a Z750 with the EL20, I noticed that despite all the technological advancements, Sony still isn't able to make color accurate screens or viewfinders even for their top of the line expensive professional cameras. The EL20 naturally has a magenta tint and the LCD on the Z750 has a greenish tint.
I believe this is a 1987 or later commercial.
My favorite airline
It almost sounds like Onion Station 😂
What are you blurring out the graffiti for? Is it against your religion to show it or something?
awesomely 80’s!
Никто не сравнится с...Барри
Promo'SM ☀️
When they removed the Canterbury road crossing the rail was put up. Last time I went on this line, before these works, I noticed that so much of the line has been put below ground that I felt like a Morlock (from Jules Verne "the time machine"). Gone are the days of sitting in tait train with the doors open enjoying the view and the smells of the Boronia and Heath on the way to Ferntree Gully. I wonder if it really is progress. There could have been other ways to address the same problem such as was done at North road/Warragul road.
Только Барри удалось долго, очень долго оставаться молодым... а8 сейчас он возмужал...
Brilliant work again by LXRP.
Ahh Jason…
aaaaaaaaaaaaaand buses replacing trains again
Barry is saved because of my prayers!! Praise the Lord!! 👍👍👍
they should have made this ‘sky rail’. It now looks just like any other underground station along the Belgrave/Lilydale line e.g Nunawading, Mitcham and Heatherdale to name a few. Severely lacking character and the good old eastern leafy vibe.
I am old enough to remember the Canterbury Road Canterbury crossing removal way back in the late 60s!
I was around, but can't remember it. I don't suppose you have any photos?
I remember that also as a young schoolboy and also the gates at Warrigal Rd near Oakleigh station. HUGE wait times, especially during peak hours 50 + years ago.
I call it Durrey Hills & Monty Albert. If I ever find out where those graffiti taggers live, I will pepper their house with paint.
Yeah it was me. I live at 44 Winternton rd Clayton.😮
@@СлаваССС-м4с I'll pass on a happy ending however I know you enjoy that particular establishment so go for it...
Was this in Vic?
Yes
Yes, it will always be Surrey Hills Station, as Southern Cross Station will always be Spencer St Station.
I was quite sure I wouldn't be the only local referring to it as Surrey Hills haha.
Good commercial!
I’ve never heard of Ansett Airlines in my life.
Established in 1936, ceased operations 2002. It was headquartered in Melbourne AU, so it was "special" to us locals. Many of us had friends or family who worked for the airline.
Thank you!
You're welcome.
Why are you blurring out the graffiti?
Thankyou for doing that.
Got to love the mini cupcake.
The is great. What an experience and also it is glad you kept them.
Yes, thanks, but its great to finally share these items.
How long will those gifts be available for?
I don't know. I've given mine away. Maybe contact Metro?? Or the new station??
This is well ofer due.
This is why you should maintain a physical copy of accounts receivable
When BA made good adds
Yes. Agree.
Will it work with yhe fx6
Unfortunately not. I have an FX 6 too, so my video is a subtle message that I/we need a decent EVF for our cinema cameras. Hopefully Sony "step up" and manufacture one!
Love the sound on this video I feel like I am in the room.
Great video! I’m thinking about picking up the pair of MK zooms for my F55 because there are some amazing deals on used ones right now. Always been a huge Cabrio 19-90 fan, esp the handy macro lever.
Thanks and yes, they are good value ATM. Cabrio is a nice lens, just not long enough for interviews! (for my work) D
Awesome cameras I own a JVC pro gy hd201 have you ever used one at all? I so love TV cameras.
Hi, thanks for your message. No I haven't used a JVC cameras commercially, only looked at them in the retail environment or trade shows etc.
Does he mean tubes or I don’t know what a valve
What time in the video? I'll check.
