Hi Sywy! Eating is getting complicated. My brain is telling me, eat eat eat but my stomach can't process the food fast enough. I was sick for two days because of it, but was able to hike on anyway. I am now trying to eat more proteins. I am now feeling really good but still below 106 lbs.

@@puertoricanprex24 that does sound complicated. I hope you can find some high-calorie foods that will work for you to maintain weight. It is not easy with the amount of physical activity. I can't even imagine how difficult that must be be safe and take care out there we are all rooting for you

P-Rex for Puertorican Explorer. I've only searched for 3-4 caches since I started. Now that I'm doing big mile days, it is even harder. I try to get to shelters early so that I get a spot inside the shelter.

Since my Spanish is so bad, I'm afraid of what the translation will suggest I'm saying. That said, use translation at your own risk, 😆 🤣

Hi Walker! You are correct about not seeing poles in my inventory video, and on-point about how much I will need them. I already picked up a couple of wood sticks and have been using them as my "hiking poles" for 165 miles now. I may buy some aluminum poles later on to replace them. Thanks for the advice.
