Should we consider it the official mark of failure/disapproval in a animated show when twerking is introduced? Like you know how in video games especially FPS the benchmark of lack of creativity is "How long till crate (appears)?" There should be that but for animated shows. How long till twerk cringe.

There's a big continuity issue here. It SHOWS her getting her mind wiped, yet she remembers. But when Arnold gets his mind wiped in Arnold the Great, he never again mentions it, and there's no sequence or action to indicate that he remembers.
