Absolutely spectacular ...

Here's an idea....don't know whether anyone has tried this...but....why not do this like the closing Olympic games ceremony where the host city hands over the baton to the next host city? The mother finishes by handing her son over to the bride or the father finishes the father daughter routine by handing his daughter over to her new husband? Has this routine been tried anywhere? It looks to me like it would make a very sweet and touching custom and tradition at weddings...

Only great if bride gets at least equal time doing whatever SHE wants to do for her Dane at her wedding. Agree that color choice would be better if not so like a bridal gown. Otherwise, I liked it and thought it looked really fun and special.

Hopefully bride and dad got their moment to shine along with in-laws. Now that would be awesome!

That was so fun to watch….It brought so much joy to my heart watching the “Mother & Son Dance”. What extreme joy they must be feeling and what a blessing to share in that journey where your son begins a new chapter in his life. You are blessed to have one another and the daughter-in-law I hope can appreciate their bond. Someday, you may have a son…. Don’t take one day for granted….Time passes so quickly. God Bless!

These extended mother & son, or father & daughter, dances go on for too long. This is about the couple, and the bride, it's like... where's the bride during all of this? It's a little too much, in my opinion, and I wonder how much rehearsal went into something so choreographed.

How did the Bride feel about MIL stealing the show?

Hi, Been there three times now. Just a heads up, There are tubs with jets that come with the preferred packages, those power outages are no more. The locals on the beach are some of the most wonderful people you will ever meet. Actually became friends with them and visited there homes in El Jobo. The sunset fishing trip with Johnny and Vladimir was incredible, Ended up with humpback whales swimming next to the boat. The nearest town is La Cruz where most of the resort employees live and there are many things to do and see there too. We went to a nature park just outside La Cruz with one of the locals from the beach and saw too many things to list. The only downside of Dreams Las Mareas is if you’re watching your weight you should probably go somewhere else!!! Going again next year!
