What about the friction on the ramp
My teacher used a song to help us remember this. X gonna give it to you (say the amount of times of the amount of cables you have) then X gonna give it to you one more time ( after equals )
thank u sm!!!!!!
Brilliant! Superbly clear. Thank you.
You are a legend
How did you get 4.8 ,, I got 2
Did you use the correct calculator? You can find one on google by searching “scientific calculator” that one has the “inversion key”
My god... You're a gentleman sir, much appreciated.
Very clear and calm instructions. I’m an Engineer, but I’m from another non-English speaking country, so now I got to know their names and what they’re called. Very helpful to me. Appreciate it! Thank you.
Dude how did you get 0.208333333333333333333?
I don't know how he got 4.8,, I got 2
Please help. I'm using a TI-84 all of the numbers I punch in (using your example) are correct until we get to the last part of the formula. "0.025" from this how are you getting "0.208333333333333333333?" When I press enter after "0.025" I get "40".????
😂ich kann kein englisch aber sie habe ich verstanden thank you
Great Video. Thank You.
Thank you excellent demo, easy to follow.
How TF is 4 divide with 100 = 4.8?
This was not sinking in at all - until now!! Brilliant
Mate, this video really helped me, I have had a shocker of a teacher at tech, that explained nothing and just expected us to know all. I never did physics or algebra at high school so videos like this help out so much
So glad I could help.
This is op and broken, must be patched asap
Thanks man!
Brilliant explanation. Thank you!
Thank you so much
If your here for computer science tomorrow you cocked 😂
Life saving
thank u king
I have been trying to remember how I used to calculate parallel resistance in college, this calculator method is amazing and so much easier I wish I had known about it years ago. Thank you so much.
Pls a quick question.... If i have a value like 1k,3k,5k resistor, can i convert it to like 1,000, 3000 and 5000 before i start calculating or i should should just add it like that.
Having a brain fart and i know tbat i am making this harder than it needs to be
You just saved my ass
Tq❤ sir
🎉🎉😂❤❤❤❤ congratulations thanks you’ve saved me from almost a heart attack trying to solve this problem in a 95 year old men thanks
The TI-Nspire doesn't have an inverse key.
Is there this video only or there is more
super helpful !!!
if you dont have an inverse key on your calculator solve it algebraically. 1/Rt = 5/24 therefore 1/5/24 = Rt which equals 4.8
Thank you so much! I have a test tomorrow and I completely forgot how to do this! You are a savior!
Awesome 😎
Well that was epic... gotta computer science paper tomorrow and i was at zero what this all about. Thanks for your service dude.
No scotch or double sided tape or glue. No no no. Tape across all corners or all edges and sign starting on the tape, ending on the paper. This is a bare minimum. Usually date the signatures too.
Great explanation. Thank you.
This is equivalent resistance and is always smaller than the lowest resistant branch.
Thank you for the easy explanation! Appreciate this video more than you'd know!
Thank you how would you do it with no calculator
Thank u
If you're using an HP calculator it's even quicker!
Signed in just to give this video a like. This method saved so much time.
Can you do a video on how to work out the following? R1=120ohms R2=? R3=? Rt =48ohms
Thank you!
Omg thank you so much!
Thank you!
Great info really well explained
Used this in the 70's for 4 8ohm Speakers, Parallel 2 Speakers, Parallel other 2 Speakers, then minus to minus, and plus to plus on both pairs, 8 ohm and 8 ohm in parallel is 4 Ohms, then Series the 2 Pairs, plus of pair one will connect to minus of pair 2. Then connect the negative of pair one to Amps Negative, Then Positives will connect to Amps Positive of Amps Speaker Connection. With a calculator, think I use to(lets say 4 resistors(330, 270, 5600, 2200 Ohms)), would Enter 330 Invert+270 Invert+5600 Invert, plus 2200 Invert, = , then Invert again, think it was that Easy, need to dig out a Calculator with Invert to try, been a while. Can find anyone mentioning that way, If you did, Sorry for missing it. 2 Equal Resistors in Parallel can be found by deviding one of the Resistors by 2, or half. Resistors in Parallel is the same Formula as figuring Capacitors in Series. Capacitors in Parallel Formuls is like Resistors in Series(just add them up)
