Pakistan is jumping ahead in the game of radar surveillance to detect not just the fifth-generation stealth fighter jets like F-22, F-35, SU-57, and J-20 but also to counter the upcoming drone threats that are very stealthy and fly at low altitudes. In JY-27A, China coupled up VHF radio technology with the AESA model and has put all the fifth generation and even upcoming sixth-generation unmanned fighter drone aircraft at stake. We will discuss the traditional bands, and compare them to VHF bands to elaborate upon this brilliant use of old age VHF frequencies and wavelengths to counter the most advanced stealth tech dominating the air battles of today and tomorrow.
