I would ether change up the front stairs or, increase the overall scale of the build. Firstly, they are vary plain. Secondly, and probably most importantly, between the size of them in comparison to the build, and how plain they are. They make a more then likely unintended focal point that takes away from the build as a whole. Making it appear less impressive than it actually is.

I did the sane but with in island there were 1000 armildilo and it has a slide and a factor for Wolf armor

i used this inspration since i only have one armadillo so i made is a bit smaller for him

Btw you can use the splash water potions to remove the fire faster since it has more range
