my friend my rns 510 stuck on vw logo, i wan to make an update because i have the opinion that with update maybe the problem will fix, but i can not find the newest firmware i have this version now on my radio HW-VERSION= H27 SW-version= 6276 can you please help me?

The Wynns spray probably won't work because the EGR is so clogged and the concentration of solvent in the spray is small enough not to affect the intake in the engine

I’m from Liverpool and a bluenose like u COYB UTFT 🤣🤣💪🏻💪🏻 my sw version now is 5238 and me maps is navteq 8477 I’m looking on gettin the last update for these units it’s version 17. Mine plays dvds now while car is moving I don’t want to update to the latest version incase it stops it. It’s called VIM video in motion.

Yes beware these 1.6 tdi golfs, the EGR cooler valve assembly is a common fault just waiting to happen especially with regular short journey driving. Cost of replacement and fitting north of £600.Second very common fault is tdi fuel injector failure, again the cost will be approx. £600 for just one. Remember you have four of these tdi injectors. Third common fault is the dual mass clutch fitted to the 1.6 tdi cayc 77Kw 105bhp model. Cost to replace this item £700 if you are lucky, ask me how l know !!!!!! All three jobs needed fixing on my 2009 1.6 tdi cayc with only 56,000 on the clock, history of car known as l bought this car new December 2009.

I remember there was a strange pin on the other side of the casing when I did it before. It's to do with the lever. Every time we put the case back on the pin kept coming out & the lever wouldn't work. So had to do it again. This doesn't seem to be the case with the Honda CG it's based on. I might have to do it again it's been stood for awhile. Stuck plates are an issue with this bike when it's been stood for awhile without use.

Not to be critical as I can see you tried hard,but in case anyone tries to remove a lupo door card, be aware there are screws securing the inner pull handle that are behind the removable outer cover that is vertically on the outer face of the handle...vw window switch clusters carefully prise out from the rear first...be aware to carefully unplug the alarm led light as they are fragile...if the foam waterproofing membrane is cut away as in video, it is well worth replacing as it stops the door card going damp and distorted...and finally it's easier to push the locking knob through with the window down...hope this may help someone doing similar job ,thanks Michael

That temperature sensor was probably the cause for your dpf getting blocked because certain fault codes can prevent a car from doing a regneration or it was the side effect of it getting so blocked that it broke the sensor/too much carbon buildup on the sensor

bought same as yours about 2 weeks ago my mate has a scanner-car running 100% but it showed up about 5 faults-decided to get pdf cleaned it was advertised at £80-so i got guy 2 come to house-yes he did something similar to start of your video-but then he said it needed a major clen car had only 98,000 miles as it was garaged for nearly 2 years but started regularly-=cost then shot up 2 £250-------------my pager went off 4 fire brigade and he was gone when i got back-wife paid him not sure what he did but scanner then showed 3 faults(next day) which where cleared by friend-what was total cost of yours thanks

Don't understand to point about low fuel tank quantity 1/4 -25% .a 2009 1.6 tdi cayc engine. Is the guy saying the car won't perform a regen of the DPF while driving if lower than that fuel quantity?

Nice review! As a tip I think you should try to organize the video and also make it a bit shorter. Like going quickly or slowly around the car at first, open the front lid and tell some things about the engine from experience and also tell if you had any problems with it, show the back trunk, look at the brake pads, and then show the interior and a drive around with stuff that you noticed while you used the car. You can combine these and do like a 10 minutes video with some music and it will look really cool. Apart from that I own a Lupo 1.0l as well. Its a petrol engine and made in 2002. Black color with black rims. My interior is similar to yours except the grey/white stuff that you have put around, the chrome handles on the doors and the lower trunk. Lower trunk on the passenger seat in my car is a glove compartment. Also my radio is a basic aftermarket one, the emblem in mine is white and the handles are different in black only (no chrome). BTW I wondered what the sensors on the bottom of the windshield are for (I dont have aftermarket headlights switch with Auto) and you opened my eyes about that. Overall your car looks really good and almost out of the shop.
