@@KhusiAdhikari ok thnx khusi 4 replying, ,,,yes u r right due 2 ur stress,khusi plz itna meetha mat piya (khaya)kro,,,,try 2 reduce little bit day by day,,,,,mna dekha aapna 4 spoons sugar daala,I.e.very more.... If u r eating 4 spoons den try to come on 3,,,after dat on 2 & so on If u will not reduce sugar dis will create a huge problem in future Diabetes, fatty body etc etc
