When fully charged you would be at16.4v-16.6v and most 12v inverters max out at 16v how do you get around that???

That means u don't hv to charge the battery beyond the normal voltage

Should I make 2-7 module packs and put them in parallel to get more Ah, or can I connect the 14 packs in series and parallel at the same time and only have one pack and one BMS? Single direction arrays are for grid dumpers that don’t actually use or store their own power. They just dump it on the grid mid day when truthfully it doesn’t need or want it. You did a great job. Every solar installation has to be custom designed for the location and the users needs and budget. 5 stars on your array!

Say u had 6 of these could u wire 3 packs up in parallel and 3 in sequence then wire all 6 together giving u more volts and increasing ur ah capcity.

You're correct enough. Don't worry i use the same copper pipe for my buss bars. You can't compare the copper and aluminum. They have totally different properties. For the price, copper is best. Of course silver, gold or platinum would be better.

So if Im using 4 12V35AH batteries paralled to make according to the math 140 amps the waire I should use in between batteries ia a 2 AWG and not a 4AWG. I just cut up 6 feet of #4 based on each battery being only 35 amps. Can someone guide me here?

Hi Carson, I will put my 2 cents in. Be it a attack someday or they media/govt whoever trying to scare us I believe we are way too dependent either way. I think people have got so relaxed and auto mated they will freak out in 2 weeks if power is still out. My view is HIDE what you can and do not share lots of info online or with strangers. I say this because let's say you are smart and have solar, maybe rain water stored and filtered, maybe some food growing in room from LED lights whatever it might be. In a crisis the human being will eat it's own when they get hungry or scared. I like your videos man I could hang with you any day you are a wise person. Hoping things never get bad BUT I once read a comment by a Black preacher 30 years ago he said "It is better to be prepared and not have the opportunity than to have the opportunity and not be prepared" and BOOM it stuck in my head I live by that if i can or I try anyway. PEACE!
