Gen 2 Ecoboost Cam Phaser Teardown
In this video, I open a set of Gen 2 Ecoboost cam phasers to see what wear has taken place and what pieces are broken. In the instance of this set, there is a small plastic piece inside that was broken, a spring that was eroded and a heavy wear mark in the plate where the pin had worn against plate. Hopefully you never have to deal with this fix.

How to Replace Rear Air Springs and Shocks on a '97-'02 Ford Expedition or Lincoln Navigator

The air springs were worn and had a pinhole leak that caused the vehicle to sag when parked and compensate by overinflating the other rear airbag. @@onellehoward6436 I just ordered it from napa locally. They usually ask for a core exchange so you will probably want to do the same to save some money.
Ford tech here, its a hardened pin that has to interface in a non hardened slot and it beats the hell out of it. Coupled with the small plastic "foot" that the spring sits on its no wonder the rattles happened. They happen often with start stop feature. My own truck made it about 180k miles before needing phasers. The updated phasers have revised that issue and no longer exhibit the same issue. The new phaser is the same phaser used on 2021 and newer ecoboost 3.5 engines and i have seen no problem with them whatsoever. Great video!

How what do i do if my bearingbon crank is bad how to chage
The crank can be separated and the bearings replaced. Most people call that a crankshaft rebuilt. For a single cylinder engine it isn't that bad to do but in the instance of a twin and a triple, they need to be phased properly and that is not something people DIY. The fixturing is pretty significant. The part that is difficult is called crank truing if you want to look it up. There are lots of places where you send your crankshaft in and they rebuild it with new bearings and all the required tooling. Its not all that expensive either.
@605BOLT thanks very much 🙏 I will look into it and wondering can you help for the carburetor are sezied amd tips thanks as it my first ski

I have drilled where you said, and no luck. I have wallowed out the hole so it is much bigger, and still no go! I am guessing, use the 2 key method and unlock the steering wheel at the steering column and take it to a lock smith....
I don't know what the 2 key method is. If you go up and go big enough diameter with the drill, it will turn for you. Don't want to damage the column though by going to deep.
