Lunch Coleslaw(Salad) ⁃ Sweet horse cabbage chopped ⁃ Grated carrots ⁃ Chopped red onions ⁃ 1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt ⁃ 1 teaspoon of black strap molasses ⁃ 1 cup of humus - chickpeas, garlic, salt, lemon, olive oil Cheese sauce ⁃ Bread crumbs ⁃ Garlic powder ⁃ Salt ◦ Blend into powder ⁃ 3 cloves garlic and 1/2 slice of red onions ⁃ 2 cups Potato and 1 cup carrots cooked ⁃ 1/3 cup of olive oil ⁃ 1/2 cup of water ⁃ 1 tablespoon of lemon juice ⁃ 1 teaspoon of salt ⁃ 1/2 cup of yeast flakes ⁃ 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika ◦ Blend together ⁃ pre-boil pasta and pour cheese sauce on pasta ⁃ sprinkle blended breadcrumbs powder ◦ Bake in oven Brown Lentils Stew ⁃ 5 cups of brown lentils soaked for an hour ⁃ add cup of chopped onions ⁃ add a teaspoon of salt ⁃ add chopped tomatoes ⁃ add 500ml to a litre of water ⁃ optional : bay leaf, dried thyme ◦ Boil on the stove and stir periodically Curry stew ⁃ teaspoon of coconut oil ⁃ 2 teaspoons of tumeric powder ⁃ 2 teaspoons of cumin powder ⁃ 2 teaspoons of coriander powder ⁃ A dash of cayenne pepper ⁃ Sautee for a while then add onions, garlic and ginger ⁃ Add a bit of water if it starts to stick ⁃ Sautee butternut squash/pumpkins and add to stew ⁃ Add creamed coconut not coconut milk ⁃ Add spinach, coriander and basil Dessert (Cake) ⁃ 1/2 cups of flour ⁃ 1/4 cup carob ⁃ 1 teaspoon of aluminium free baking soda ⁃ 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt ⁃ - wet ingredients ⁃ 1 cup of water ⁃ 1/3 of oil - sunflower/olive ⁃ 1/3 cup of honey/maple syrup ⁃ 1 teaspoon of lemon juice ⁃ 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence ⁃ Mix wet ingredients together and set oven at 180 degree Celsius ⁃ Lay muffin cake cones on a tray and grease with olive oil ⁃ Mix all wet ingredients with dry ingredients to combine ⁃ Pour into muffin cones and bake for 20 mins Icing for the cake ⁃ coconut milk ⁃ 2/3 cups of carob ⁃ 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence ⁃ 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey ⁃ Pipette it unto your cup cakes ⁃ If you want the icing hard, you can put it in the freezer

Breakfast Granola ⁃ 1/2 cups - Oats ⁃ 1 cup - Flour ⁃ 250ml - Maple syrup/Honey ⁃ 125ml - Olive oil ⁃ 225ml - Water ⁃ Vanilla or any flavouring of choice ◦ Bake in oven, and check every 25minutes Millet Cereal ◦ Boil millet with a little bit of salt till soft and mashy. Buckwheat ◦ Boil buckwheat with a little bit of salt till soft and mashy. ⁃ 1 cup of buckwheat to 2 cups of water Almond milk ⁃ Almond nuts - raw ⁃ Pinch of salt ⁃ Maple syrup/dates/honey ⁃ Water ⁃ Optional: Flavouring ◦ Blend all together Brown rice ⁃ 1 cup of brown rice to 2.5 cups Lint Seeds(Flux Seeds ⁃ Brown/Golden *Flush colon - 1 to 2 teaspoons in water and drink *Blend for omega 3 benefits and keep refrigerated. *Can also be used to wash hair in place of gelatine. ◦ Boil 2 tablespoons for 7 to 10 mins. A quarter cup is equal to 1 egg and can be used to bake.

Pastor help me. I am everything in the church, I return Tithe, I eat tofu as you always say, I keep the Sabbath, but the disturbing thing is my dreams . There are times when I would half the reading and listening to yours sermons. When I go back to sleep then this strange dream comes where I am in hospital nursing the sick and changing soiled linen and getting dirty on my hands , sometimes cleaning up the floors and all that. Pastor, I am spiritually disturbed. Help me.

I think preachers should preach only for 30-40 minutes all the time .

I love your testimony Doctor, yes i know when a visiter work's in a s,d,a church. There is very streak leaders, God truth is very important at all times. God's word cuts like a double eddged shorted. The truth is not easy to except straight away. But Jesus said the truth will set you free. 1Corinthians 7:19amen

Most of the children now are Overweight or Obese because they are not taught to eat the Bible diet a God intended us to eat. They are raised on fast food and processed junk food.

Seventh Day Adventist is the only religion that follows all of the ten commandments and substaining from unclean foods that God has declared us not to eat unclean foods and that is in the Bible
