One more thing to add. First let me say I do really like your product, so far. It’s very sturdy, well made, and good looking. This comment is a continuation of the pitfalls during installation. Today I went back to adjust the door toward the drivers side. It was tight on the passenger side. That said, I saw no way to remove the passenger taillight while the tailgate reinforcement was installed. Due to the door tab stops, I had to remove the whole thing in order to remove the taillight.

Any noise test results to quantify the reduction in noise over the OEM top?

This may be year specific (I have a 2021) but the T47 torx did not fit, it was a T45, and there wasn’t anything that needed the 16mm socket. It was a 13mm socket that was used mostly everywhere. You also left off the need for a hex wrench to put the tire mount back on. Also, a little tape helped to hold the bushings in when mounting the reinforcement to the hinge mounts, or another pair of hands. Really should point that out too.

Well I'm sold. Fk it. I'm putting my order in.

Do you have a video on how to remove the passenger tail light? My tailgate is a bit tight on the right side.

Any idea why mine has a clunk coming from the passenger rear when driving over bumps?

I am disappointed to see these are not frame mounted.

Is there something to help with clunking in the rear when driving over bumps? I checked all the bolts and everything is tight, but I hear what sounds like the rear hatch thump every time and the two bottom washers holding the gas shocks are rusted already and I’ve had the top maybe 3 weeks

I'm assuming 37's will work with these?

The only problem with this is when you need to use your spare tire. The. You have more work to remove everything and put everything back. Then what happens if the reason you need to use the spare is you tore the hell out of your tire, or it’s malformed, or for various reasons all you have is a rim. (You tore your tire off the rim) then how do you mount this to just a rim? Or to torn up tire?

Great video - thank you for tbe runthrough of the hinge and striker adjistments. I got to dial it in after over a year of being dissatisfied with my factory alignment.

It might be easier to install the hinges on the glass first, then install on the vehicle. I had my window off and it was very easy to install this way.

You only had to remove end caps on bumper. Much easier than loosening the whole bumper!

Now make them for the bottom sides in the back and you have me SOLD!!!

Went to install my Turn Offroad spare tire delete kit today and the 90° camera cable extension hits my tailgate before the delete kit sits flat. Without the 90° harness extension it'd hit even worse. Can you guys help me out?

Thanks for the video and reaffirming my decision to purchase the Turn Offroad hardtop. I received my hardtop last week and had the Turn Offroad team install my hardtop at their shop. The top is well made, strong and it is performing great. I previously had a soft top, so I am noticing less drag when driving at highway speeds and the vehicle feels more planted. I would highly recommend this hardtop.

Ford should have contracted with Turn to build the hardtops in the first place. This company knows what they are doing!
