very easy n cheap. a guy here n New Zealand did it with a Toyota van, he patched up all the holes, sealed of he engine bay, slapped another motor n the back n threw on a propeller - bobs ya uncle. He then went n drove it / piloted it across the Cook straight - seriously easy to do
