Hello, I try to diamanting a wheel that start point i place laser on +25.00 and in the end point it throw me -23.00 but i have to place the knife in the start point to 5mm of wheel distance because it cut first in the end of wheel. How can I solve it, because i think it should cut all wheel in 1 cicle of 0,2-0,5mm
Hello, I hope that you can help me. I am diamanting a 15" wheel, and I take the start point with +25.00 on laser and in the end point it give me -23.00, when I diamond that wheel it begin to cut inside first and the difference when it begin to cut outside is more that 2,5mm, so when it begin to cut outside in the inside already hace cutted 2,5mm and i think it is bad, it should cut all the wheel 1 cicle. In the first cicle i have to put the knife in the start point to 3mm of wheel distante for will begin to cut at the end. I hope you can help me. Thanks you so much.

My machine cuts from the outside to the inside. I have a problem because it does not cut evenly from the beginning, but rather it cuts first at the end than at the beginning. On 20" wheels, from when it starts to cut at the end until it starts to cut at the beginning, there may be a difference of 2-3mm in Y. I think I have a problem, can you help me?
Hello, your starting point is not aligned. Move the starting point forward 1mm.

One last question, when referring to moving the starting point, is it referring to when the blade is placed or when performing the setup? Our machine cuts from outside to inside, would it be moving it 1mm inward or outward?
The starting point of movement refers to the position where the blade is placed, moving 1mm toward the center of the wheel.@@mainsupport2657
