Gibson Murphy Lab Acoustics - A Quick Look
มุมมอง 1.2K10 หลายเดือนก่อน
Unveiling day of the Gibson Murphy Lab Acoustics! Here at Lidgett Music we received a '42 Banner Southern Jumbo and '60 Fixed Bridge Hummingbird, both with the Light Aging. In summation, the guitars are spec'd the same as they come from the Acoustic Custom Shop. The aging adds a nice, broken in feel that is very reminiscent of their VOS style finish. If you are interested in either of these gui...
Small Builder Sunday: Whitfill Custom Guitars
มุมมอง 28011 หลายเดือนก่อน
This isn't a game show... For the first Small Builder Sunday we are featuring Whitfill Custom Guitars! Charles Whitfill is a luthier based out of Kentucky, with a truly epic process for creating vintage/traditional inspired instruments. At the forefront of his builds is the relic process; his guitars not only look old, but feel old too. The guitar featured in this video is pre-owned (and for sa...
Love the stores like these!
Great short! Can you make a longer video of this?
Do a video on the business side of things. How are you competing with online retailers while stores like Sam Ash are closing? A shop tour would be cool too
We’ve gone next level
“Perfection as always!”
Such a nice guitar
Holy fuckin shit! That Molly is one cross picking Momma. What a tight bunch of musicians. Talk about pickin' and grinnin'
Thanks
I wish they had electronics on board!
Better to not have the under saddle transducer and battery bag and add pickup of your choice later, if desired
I’ve been waiting for something like this. Very subtle differences in the recording. Overall, Standard seems the warmest. All are very articulate. Which one do you prefer after playing them back to back?
I prefer the NYC. Personally, I feel like the body shape lends itself to the Seymour Duncan Filtertrons the best, and it feels and sounds the most cohesive. Super dynamic, reactive to different levels of gain. I would probably rank them 1 NYC -> 2 Standard -> 3 LA
@@lidgett_music thanks!!! Can’t wait to hear more of that NYC!! I have the T64 but I’m thinking the Romeo might be a better fit for me.
Please do a more lengthy version of the New York City, Romeo, please please please and thank you!
Beautiful Guitar
Are the Made 2 Measures made in the custom shop?
Hook me up I like it
