In Hindu there are 4 Yuga.. Now we are in last Yuga.. It js going to end.. You will not be able to control thr evil things happening in the world.. But even if this can't fly over the enemy, its important. The higher you fly, the further you can see, but the resolution of what you can see also lowers. And this is the highest flying bird in the sky. Go much higher and you'll reach the realm of satellites and satellites are limited in the resolution of the images they produce, not by some technological limitation, but by Physics itself. It is the Physics of diffraction. HAPS can help bridge a gap here, between a conventional drone like a Reaper and a satellite. The key to HAPS is its sheer endurance. It is called a pseudo-satellite for a reason. 3 months of non-stop flight is possible just with current technology, imagine when in the future our batteries get a higher energy to weight ratio and our solar panels become more efficient.

I think it is pertinent to mention that the technology he is talking about that was developed in last few years in India called Kavach whose version 4 just got rolled out, this is a MASSIVE safety upgrade. This is an Automatic Train Collision Avoidance System and is considered to be on par with the European Train Control System Level 2, which even most European nations only have on few parts of their tracks. The speed at which Kavach 4.0 is being rolled out, within just 5-6 years, we'll be on par with Europe and then we'll surpass them. This one system alone will do wonders for the Railways' safety record.
