Volume on. 1 minute, 30 seconds. This is an updated version of an old slide show I posted in 2010 on Flickr. All pictures were derived from the same shot, which was originally my Macro single photo of a fresh water muscle on the shore of the Umpqua River. The Song is "So The Wind Won't Blow It Away" Copyright John Mills

This is a Movavi Video Clip I made from a single treated photograph. The photograph itself is seen as I used it at the end.
One of my earliest memories is of her singing. Even as a small boy, it was very moving.
Still the greatest on earth.
простое совершенство
omg great guitarist too
Magnificent mother first, brilliant artist second was the exquisite Phoebe Snow. Absolutely one of the very best. Period.
Amazing!
💕💞💕
Sorry to hear she passed away.. So sorry. In the '70s, my heyday, she was one of Mr very favorite singers. So very sad...but happy because I know she'healthy, happy & singing in heaven with her daughter.
I was at this concert, it was great and free!
Did a lot of people know who they are?
Saw them live in Denver….simply transcending. Could listen forever
❤❤❤❤❤
A Great Lady
Heard the live version in concert in Portland, OR, and was so blown away by their musicianship and driving rhythm. Inspiring.
Live! And sound so good!!!!
Been listening to this song for like 35 years since my teenage days. There is something about bridge part that still gives me the goosebumps listening to it. In this version it is missing the saxophone, which is kind of integral to the song. But the piano kind of makes up for it.
I picked up a cd at a yard sale and on a whim I thought "it says jazz, and I love jazz, why not." it was Blue Chip. Have loved them ever since. Masters.
Absolutely gorgeous!!!
This is beautiful 😍
in the 70s ...among all type music i listened to was KANSAS..I purchased a 45 with a song from the MASQUE LP..(Takes a womans love to make a man)...on the other side was This tune by Phoebe Snow...same label....anyway....the song always stayed with me and i will all of a sudden sing it out of nowhere with that vibratto and tone....half as a joke and half because shes THAT GOOD..UNIQUE!!
I've seen them live!!!!!!
Was Phoebe Snow just the best or what? Talent and brilliance beyond the stars. I hope she is singing and dancing with her daughter. America, no matter what T&A with a mediocre voice and talent comes along, don’t forget this lady…she was the best of what song is supposed to be…genuine and amazing.
This is sad! She was such a great artist, this video and audio does not do her justice.
My favorite Phoebe song. 😓
Simply awesome
The best.
She was a much more resourceful singer late career. There were fewer of those dazzling space bat notes and more classical jazz blues phrasing and almost Holiday timing. Loved her.
greetings from Brazil🇧🇷Could someone explain the lyrics to this song?
I wonder where Harpo's having his Sunday dinner.
BUENISIMA MUSICA INDISCUTIBLE JAMAZ , CLARO NI PARA DONDE IRSE.
Goddamn that was magical
Unusual looking Electro-Acoustic.🤔🤔🤔
Nice
A lot of versions are two minutes. Radio time?
Chiff-chaff eggs are painted by mother bird eating cherries. What a poet he is.
Haven't seen these Chaps enough, what an experience! 5* #2020
Beyonce Taylor Pink etc......start taking notes.
Years ago she performed this song for Howard Stern at one of his on air shows, possibly a birthday show, she was phenomenal.
Those other musicians up there supporting her are truly awesome. Those guys don't miss a beat, and they are so careful to register every small detail and nuance that it's incredible to watch them doing their roles as well. Of course, Phoebe is matchless. There's no words to describe the magnitude of her talent.
NOEL GALLAGHER IS FINALLY DOING SOMETHING...GIVE JAZZ A CHANCE!!!!
I dreamed this song last night, and my heart was breaking during the dream with the sweetness of it.
Beautiful photos -suits Donovans lullaby so well. In this period of his life he was so close to nature and the inner core of everything in a utterly humble way. A world of light in a drop of water.....
I wish the band wasn't so loud, they are drowning her out
I was made a man that night!
So good!
Love these guys. Wish they would come to Durham, NC
Right there with you! We need to talk with Rhymths Live!
Thanks for keeping her with us. A great singer. A uniquely creative person.
Magnificent mother, brilliant artist. May her voice, humanity and spirit live on forever.
Nice visual effects relaxing
This is a great song. Sounds even better when heard live abd in person.
Nice guitar solo! This song is really special one! Fantastic!
Phoebe (R.I.P).
