I have not tested the mode A on it yet. Main complaint is the suspension too soft and then the handlebar being too shaky above 180.

hey it sounds awesome! asking for a friend did u have any problems after installing the exhaust? like any engine light came up or something or does it work fine without any problem?
@@Abbe-wc4gx engine light did come on but that's because I forgot to connect the O2 sensor at first so i had to use a scanner to clear that and then it never came back

The old coolant in the missing system has not been completely drained. The circulation pump must be removed and the old coolant must be drained.
What exhaust is it? are you happy with it?

@@damianlucio6313 it was from a ktm dealership, but you can get it from those genuine ktm parts websites as well
I'm 5'8" with a 31" inside leg length and have no trouble getting my feet on the ground? I have the rear suspension on '3' which is standard. I've also owned tall bikes and the 650F ain't one of them. I've owned mostly touring bikes and the 650F can definitely be a good touring bike which is exactly what I use it for now. Don't compare it with full blown tourers which is silly. A small screen makes a big difference. riding position is not extreme, tank range is ok. No cruise control? lol, are you kidding? nice to have but nowhere near essential. You hate the dipstick? that's a complaint?
Yeah i realised that this bike was too good after selling it but i always prefer the glass window for motorcycles instead of dipstick and cruise control is essential for me if I’m riding for more than 4 hrs straight,right hand gets no rest without it

Can you explain all the modes (A,B,C)? Planning on buying a 2014 fz09 as well soon just scared that it’ll be too much for me.
It's A, B and STD mode, i always kept it in std mode, that's the full power but easy on the throttle response, mode A is very jumpy and then B is actually about 15HP less, more like rain mode

I think that exhaust system has poor fitment. I especially don’t like the crazy bends on the mid-pipe. Nothing supports the mid-pipe either. To me, the system should look as good as it sounds and vice versa.
Just me or is 500ml plus extra x 5 make 3 litres and the 400 Total 3.4 litres

1. The oil is full Synthetic that i used in the video but its not for motorcycles exclusively 2. I don't know, i only used it for 300km and then i changed it for motul, i just wanted it to clean the insides because the old oil was really bad 3. Just use motul or liqui moly oil, the ones that are especially for motorcycles, you should not use the same one that i used in the video

My engine broke at 87000mls crank bearings. Its not a sports touring. If you want that buy an Africa twin 2020+. Abs is easy to turn off just pull the fuse

@@theBrokeBloke69 OK, I am 186 cm and I have a lot of pain in my back after 45 minutes of riding.
Seat comfort is average, maybe slightly below. Myself after 60-90 minutes my ass needs a break. If you want to tour on it for long distance get yourself a cheap 'air-seat'. This also applies to the CBR650F model.

@theBrokeBloke69 hmmm.. my bike when is cold, doesn't want to accelerate if I give the full throttle..it kinda a chokes.. 🙄I never changed the filter (22k) and I thought that is the problem... Don't get me wrong, I'm not trashing the bike when it is cold 😁
All sounds like a luxury issue. Sounds to me you should buy a newer model bike. Or you shouldn't complain at all.
never use a fram filter on any application
I never had any issues with them but i have switched to motomaster filters now coz they are cheap and just as good

FOR GUYS HAVING TROUBLE TO AIR BLEED THE NEWER 650R versions: There is a hose coming from the motorcycle on the side of the radiator cap with an end plug that you need to unplug during air bleeding and then liquid and bubbles comes from it.
What year is this?
Either 2014 or 15, don't have the bike anymore so forgot

The mechanic in my previous city changed the coolant last summer but i can't see any fluid now in the reserve tank. Should i add a little coolant there till it gets to the middle? CB650f 2017.
100%, happened to me too
Make sure that you can see the coolant in the radiator and if you don't, add some there first till it's filled to the brim and then do some air bleeding and then add it to the reservoir

Do you have to adjust the valves when installing this exhaust? I've got one on my bike too but idk if I need to do anything with the valves? I noticed you haven't bolted the exhaust under your bike, have you noticed any leaks or the exhaust not sitting on tight?
I didn't do anything with the valves and it's been working fine and no, no leaks ever, as long as the rest of the exhaust is bolted down, i just couldn't find the right way to do it at the bottom

Yes I sold it when i bought this one, but i shouldn't have, it was a great bike 😞

I think it depends on the market. All U.K Bikes have ABS. I have a 2014 Bike.
