Dick Allen was an offensive legend. I think he's HOF-handicapped by his low games played level, which dials down his cumulative offensive totals. Also, I guess he wasn't that popular with the baseball writers. And it didn't help that he was a defensive liability. Still, the dude is way better than SO many of the players already inducted. Kenny Lofton Sammy Sosa and Nomar Garciaparra all played for the Cubs 2003-2005 season those were good memories. Sammy and Kenny were on the team when they were in the NLCS in 03 and Sammy and Nomar were on the Cubs in 2004-2005
