This video is just the process I came up with for putting a sway bar on the sammy. Its sway was out of control and needed to be addressed. Anxious to see how it performs now with this installed. Check it out

In this build series part #56992, I get the front end all put together, including getting the front bumps mounted, hydro orbital and steering linkage done, and all the parts included for the front end. Things are getting closer!

In this update its nothing fancy, but we have been fighting some cold weather and I needed to get some paint on the links and frame. Had to improvise but got what I needed painted! Fuel Cell I used is a RCI 15 gallon Rock Crawler cell, and I will be working on the fuel lines in the next video! Nothing fancy! Just an update :)

In todays episode the samurai gets a suspension again.. well almost a full suspension. Used the Barnes4wd upper triangulation kit, but had to make my own upper link mount as you'll see in the video. The 3.4 does not play nice with upper link locating at the frame side. Tune in next episode where I address the shock hoops, air bumps, and get some paint on some parts! Hope to have this on its own...

In todays video I go ahead and make the 3.4 its official new home. Got the front mounts made up and welded in, now time to build out the front suspension and axles! Thanks again for watching!

This week I tackled the rear crossmember mount using Barnes 4wd DIY crossmember kit. I ended up making my own brackets and using Barnes gusset scraps to stiffen everything up. Check it out!

With the help of your friends, anything is possible! Got the whole setup dropped in place, now time to make some brackets and get it all in there for good!

Short video but finished up making the frame stiffeners for the outside frame rail to prep for all the power this motor will throw at this zuk! Used 1/4" inside and out so its plenty strong, cant wait to drop the motor in the next video series! Check it out!
