Good work
Tremendous work!
Super explanation
Thank you sir Clear concept ❤
Sir, Do "rack and pinion" gears have any application/role in this drilling machine mechanism?
The rack and pinion is used to adjust the drill table up and down. When we rotate the hand wheel this rotation is converted to linear up - down movement of the table by rack and pinion mechanism.
@@mechvidya8881 Thank you so much, sir.
Nice
bro i think the OQ value is not the t1 sin phy the value is t1/sin phy

Beautifully explained. Thank You very much! - Gagandeep Singh
Good explanation. I love that Indians are teaching us with these compact and easy to understand videos
Thanks, I learned something new today.
👌
improve your video quality
Thank you sir for this mice explanation I was able to understand it very well I hope you keep uploading such videos Have a good day and nice journey ahead Regards Fellow mechanical Engineering student
I am glad you liked it. :)
Thank you
Best explanation I’ve seen. Great job! Thanks for the excellent video!
Thank you
Thank you for explaining with such simple yet easy to understand terms
how arc is formed? please explain in details
Actually the high voltage creates an intense electric field between the small gap. This excites the free electrons present in the air gap and these free electrons start moving at tremendous speed and starts to hit the gas atoms. As a result more electrons are knocked off from the atoms. Thus a Plasma channel is formed which is highly conductive. And the resistance of plasma to the flow of electric current causes the heat of arc.
Today is my exam and I pahin ratri 12 ko 😊
😁 Best of luck for the exam!
@@mechvidya8881 thank bro
Why R and R' are drawn? It should be based on R only.
R represents the resultant of all the forces from the tool to the chip, while R' accounts for all the forces from the work piece to the chip. We cannot neglect R' since we cannot neglect the forces from the workpiece to the chip. Did I clear your doubt?
Excellent video
Awesome but need to be clear
Excellent explanation, thank you. However you do not mention ventilation holes. In your diagram the metal fills the mould cavity from below which would pressurise the air above. Is it assumed that this air will vent through the packed sand? Sorry if this obvious to everyone else but I’m a real beginner here!
You are right! Vent holes are usually provided to allow the hot gases to flow out easily. Though some portion of the gases flow out through the sand particles, but additional vent holes are also required. Infact improper ventilation causes many defects in the casting
Good🎉
Very easy to understand from your explanation, thank you!
Excellent explanation. Thanks for posting this!
Very super explaining 👌.
man, thank you. Excellent explanation
Nice explanation sir please do more videos
Woow thank you so much
Very well explained, thank you, I am currently trying to learn about this 👍
Thank you so much sir 🙏

How to avoid blowholes in aluminium casting
There are multiple reasons behind formation of blowholes...most prominent factors are improper ventilation and faulty gating system. So check if these two parameters are okay. Also any source of gas entrapment can cause blowholes.
🥰🥰
Simple and understandable explanation sir ,thank you..
Would this work for bismuth? I make bismuth casting art and would like to know if I can recrystallize it by putting it in boiling water.
I think Bismuth melts at about 275 deg C. So if you melt it and allow the metal to cool new crystals will definitely form
@@mechvidya8881 I meant strengthening it without melting. By heating it to 100 C in boiling water. I cast things out of bismuth.

Is diffusion welding is possible for welding same type of metals?or is this a forge welding?
Dissimilar metals can also be welded by this process. In diffusion welding uniform pressure is imparted instead of hammering
good thnx
Very good explanation. Thanks.
perfect explanation, i need to learn this type of weld for my college
